This well-located, three-bedroom home offers prime access to all-season mountain activity, including skiing at Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose, nearby dining, public beaches, golf courses, and scenic hiking trails. An in-home game room also provides hours of nightly fun.

The living area serves as the social heart of the home, featuring a wood-burning fireplace and a 50-inch flatscreen TV. The game room offers an additional place to entertain, equipped with a pool table, a foosball table, a basketball game, and a daybed.

The pristine kitchen provides stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Gather for meals at the six-person table, with room for three more at the kitchen bar. After dinner, relax with dessert or your favorite beverage on the patio.

This three-story home has three bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional amenities include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Dine out at a plethora of nearby restaurants or browse unique boutiques in the area. Explore scenic trails mere steps away or visit Kings Beach - a quick, breezy drive from home. In the winter months, hit the slopes at Diamond Peak or Mt. Rose.

THINGS TO KNOW
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
This home is not equipped with air conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
