The "Bougainvillea Suite" has been designed with the executive leisure traveler in mind. It is large, spacious, and has every amenity you can think of (Private Laundry Facility, Wifi, quite Eco-Friendly Spilt A/C units in all rooms, an executive desk, fully stationed gourmet kitchen, and a large walk-in stone bathroom). It is perched on top of our courtyard and boasts over 1500 sq feet of space with large bay windows from floor to ceiling in the living room and kitchen spaces. The property still retains a rich architectural history, infused with modern touches throughout. It has been a cultural gem over the years attracting, executives across the globe, hosting exclusive events, and private villa rentals.

This property sits on a 3 acres shared estate. Enjoy spectacular views of the north, east, and south shores! Enjoy tropical sunrises from the pool deck and watch the waves break on the Christiansted reef. Or just relax in our crystal clear free-form salt water pool or jump into the hot tub and enjoy a glass of champagne. All bedrooms includes a flat screen HD TV and an ultra-quiet split A/C units.

Cable TV and Wi-Fi high-speed internet service are all included.

The fully equipped galley kitchen features two large gas ranges, Viking Stainless Steel appliances and new granite counter tops. The comfortable living room includes a large flat screen 80 inch HD TV.

We are located about 20 minutes from the airport and recommend that you rent a vehicle for your stay.
