Very happy with our 8 day stay. Host lives nearby, and was quick to correct a minor problem the first evening. Nice neighborhood, not fancy but located close to the Biltmore district restaurants and shopping. Would come again if available next time we are in town!

Home was lovely and well maintained. We also appreciate it snacks and coffee provided. Only thing I would recommend is adding more hooks in the bathrooms for hanging toiletries and towels. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated.

Place was perfectly cozy for a group of friends gathering to celebrate a birthday. Location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and hiking. And gathering spaces were perfect for our group. Beds were comfy. We did wish that we could adjust the temp of the ac units—Some of us sleep cooler than 75. But other than that it was perfect.

This was our first time in Phoenix and we stayed at an amazing property that was close to the downtown area and good proximity to Scottsdale. The home was well laid out had all of the great amenities, including a nice coffee bar that we got to take advantage of. We were semi-prepared for the Arizona heat and quickly became well-acquainted with the air conditioning unit. Our host was accommodating, educating us on how to operate the unit. She reached out to see if we had any issues.

Super house in quiet neighborhood near airport

We stayed one night before our flight. The property was great. A nice selection of snacks and coffee. Very comfortable with a large backyard and patio. Wish we could've stayed longer! Elena was very nice and responsive.

Beautiful Place

We had a great time, having 4 queen beds was absolutely perfect! The kitchen was lovely, we loved having the keurig and air fryer! The house is just a few mins away from Trader Hoes and Target. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable

We came to Phoenix for a wedding and this property was perfect for a few nights. The house was clean and there was bottled water and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. Eualanda was available to help with restaurants recommendations and any special requests. A wonderful host!

This home lived up to every promise the listing made. The location was perfect for us, and all the amenities were high quality. Really comfortable sleeping and sitting arrangements. We truly enjoyed our stay and would book again when we return to Phoenix.

The home was absolutely beautiful and it had adequate space for my friends and myself. It was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would definitely use this home again. The only little downfall was that the next door neighbors were having a party and being loud past midnight. Despite this, I would still return because the location is great and it is a beautiful home.

Home was fantastic! The host was great! If we needed anything, the host was very quick to reply back. We needed a few items over our four day trip that she quickly delivered. Very clean and spacious. Great location to visit the kids at GCU and to visit Scottsdale. Wish we new about this home earlier. Great stay!!

Opening Day

We were in town for two nights to catch opening day for the Dbacks. The house was perfect for my family of four and my in laws. The kids had fun on the mini putting green. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. The house was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend it. It was also conveniently located for grocery shopping, highway access, downtown. It was great!

Better than expected

The home and surrounding area was perfect for our stay. The location was accessible to everything from restaurants to grocery stores to pickleball courts, and hiking. The home was spotless and communication with the host was easy with a quick response when we needed it. We will be definitely coming back!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

We came into Phoenix for a cousins wedding. This property was ~10 minutes from the international airport which was super helpful since people were flying in from different states. It was also just 15 minutes from the wedding venue and 15 min from some great restaurants in Scottsdale we got to try out. Wish we could have stayed longer. Elaunda was friendly and great with communication. She called me after we checked out because my mom had accidentally left an envelop of cash in the nightstand. She got the money back to us, and we are super grateful. There are good people out there!
