Great Property

This is a great property to stay at if you plan on having a large gathering. The yard is spacious, there is a grill provided, and being outside at this location is heavenly (at least in April). Great find, would stay here again.

We love staying at this property, this is our 3rd visit to it. We have several areas of concern about it, mainly regarding the plumbing in the master bathroom shower. The smell of sewage was strong throughout our visit, and it’s been this way since our last visit. It’s time to have it snaked. Also, the front door lock is sticky and the WiFi was spotty

Enjoyed a Quiet Stay

This property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to plenty of stores and restaurants. We loved relaxing in the pool and on the patio. It had comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers. We would stay here again.

Great location – sparkling clean!

This is the cleanest rental I think we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect for exploring a lot of the Phoenix and Scottsdale sites. Easy access to and from the airport. Great pool. Cool yard. Great place for families. Quiet neighborhood. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Beautiful stay in quiet neighborhood

This home was perfect for our week stay in Phoenix. We are a family of 5 with small children. The pebble tec pool, full kitchen, and generous bedrooms with spacious showers really made this stay deluxe. Plus it's in a really quiet neighborhood that's close to Camelback restaurants & shopping. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Desert Oasis

This house was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. We really loved the comfort of this home and were able to spend lots of together time with family (who live nearby) and out of town family too. We came for an occasion, during the hottest part of the summer, and the house was cool and a welcome retreat. Lots of nice touches and we enjoyed the pool.

We smelled sewer gas coming from the p traps in the shower. We reported this the first night we arrived. Nothing was done except the staff gaslighting us the first couple of days. When a plumber finally came we were already very sick and it was unbearable. We have yet to see any money back. We lost money for food expenses, having to pay for hotel the rest of our trip and our special needs son communication training (which is why we were in Phoenix) was ruined. Very disappointed and disgusted with this situation and company. VRBO should not work with you and I will be reporting this and leaving many bad reviews since nothing was done. VRBO only gave us 100 towards next hotel.Vacasa should give us a full refund but they have done absolutely nothing

Broken pool light and hot.

We loved the location and the pool during the day. The pool lights (up lights and string lights) at night are broken and the dining room gets awfully hot if you’re trying to use the kitchen amenities.

Close to family

Overall enjoyed stay; very spacious and comfortable. Few suggestions: backyard needs attention - full of weeds, better quality toilet paper and paper towels - no Kleenex. Took forever to get hot water to kitchen sink which affected the dishwasher - didn’t dissolve tablet, dishes still dirty. Master bathroom had a bit of sewer odor. But we would use this property again.
