Your custom-built, two-story retreat features lovely bathrooms, granite details, and custom cabinetry. The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen, decked out with stainless steel appliances and a professional Viking stove.

The trailhead around Angora Lake is nearby, and popular Camp Richardson offers a marina, swimming, and snowshoeing in less than 7 miles. From casinos and ski mountains to trailheads and shops, your getaway is close to everything you'll want to explore.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

The spacious and welcoming living room has a gas fireplace, 40-inch TV, and a sectional.

The open-concept layout leads to a gourmet kitchen, where ebony granite countertops and stainless steel appliances shine. A roomy French-door fridge and professional Viking gas stove enhance the culinary experience.

Three can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar, and there's room for eight more at the dining table. Enjoy meals alfresco amid pine views on the balcony.

Kick back in the lower-level second living room, with a cozy sectional, 40-inch TV, plus games galore - choose from billiards, foosball, darts, or a round on the Playstation. A kitchenette offers a wine fridge, and sliding glass doors lead to the expansive yard.

Upstairs, the opulent primary suite has a king bed. A jetted soaking tub, huge walk-in shower, and water closet can be found in the spa-like en-suite bathroom.

The inviting second and third bedrooms have queen beds, and the fourth guest room has two twin beds. Two additional baths both offer tub/shower combinations. A convenient half bath serves this floor.

THINGS TO KNOW
This rental does not have air conditioning.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Family Getaway Home
The home was perfect for our family getaway! It had plenty of rooms with just as many bathrooms which was very accommodating. Very welcoming For families with kids and pets. The kitchen was fully equipped with enough plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc. We didn’t need it but they even had beach chairs and other equipment for outdoor activities. They home was very clean and had plenty of blankets if needed and also fans in each room. Although the ceiling fan in the master didn’t work, our stay was unfortunately hit with rain, lightening and thunderstorms so we didn’t need it. Aside from pool table and foosball table, there were plenty of games and movies to pass time. The only con I would leave would be the stairs but that’s a given from the listing. Overall, we would recommend this home to all.

The home was great! We had a minor issue checking in but the door code was reset n worked fine! Trouble with the fireplace, again quickly corrected! Our huge issue was the oven did NOT work at all! We had 300 bucks in groceries for our family Christmas dinner, and couldn’t use the oven at all! 2 people tried to fix it and could not! Very disappointing we couldn’t use the oven! Wasted food! I left 2 messages about this problem, no return call!! Did enjoy the home, with huge exception of no oven, we exceed some money back for inconvenience!

Nice home
This house was clean and nice. There is a pool table and foosball on the second floor. The property manager was very responsive. On the improvement side , I would state that we ran out of dishwasher soap and there were no garbage bags and the propane tanks were either empty or could not be used. But the property manager was very responsive and provided us with new tanks and dishwasher soap. There are lot of stairs to go to the top so it is not for the elderly. Also one of the bedrooms , the bed was crooked and was really soft and you would sink right in the middle of the bed. Also the traffic is so much since the property is on the Main Street and at night , we had to leave the windows open since the place does not have an AC unit. Overall this was an ok place. I would give it 3-5-4 stars.
