Aside from the broken fencing in two spots, the backyard was nice for our grandchildren. But after staying at this VRBO home we feel this listing needs a significant reduction in price or improvements to the home. There was limited toilet paper, the shades in at least two bedrooms were not working, the mouse scurrying across the floor one evening frightened our young grandaughter, the downstairs bathroom tub was not clean, the "dog friendly" yard had gaping holes in the fencing on each side of the home and some of the pots and pans were shedding their teflon coating and not fit for human use. After paying the deposit, a notice was received mentioning an additional fee of 150 per dog. There was no mention of this added cost anywhere in the materials received prior to making the deposit (I reviewed the initial listing multiple times after learning of this charge). No call was ever returned after speaking with a representative at LuxeVaca on two occasions who told me that someone would get back to me regarding this additional charge. The bright side was that I was not charged the additional fee per dog.
