An adjacent den provides additional seating, and flat-screen TV.

Indulge your inner chef in the kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, including two dishwashers, ice machine, and a stainless steel double oven. Extras include ample cookware, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Perch at the expansive kitchen island, or enjoy meals at the dining table.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, 55in flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Adjacent to the primary suite, the second bedroom has a queen bed and private access to a covered porch. A second bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. On the second floor, two more bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. One provides two twin beds, while the other has a queen bed.

Local favorites include Bartholomew Park Winery (6-minute drive) and wineries like 'Scribe', Gundlach Bundschu Winery, Buena Vista Winery, and Sebastiani Winery.

he pool/spa is available from March - September each year Please note that the pool is solar heated from May through September to around 80-85 degrees, this is dependent on the weather. The rest of the year it is unheated and fluctuates between 50-70 degrees.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
