The outdoor space is a true highlight. Spend warm days lounging by the black-bottom pool with a sunning ledge, perfect for cooling off while soaking up the California sunshine. Unwind in rocking chairs beneath the trees or gather around the firepit as the sun sets over the valley. For guests who enjoy staying active, the private pickleball court adds a rare and memorable touch—ideal for friendly matches before returning poolside.
Inside, the home feels warm, spacious, and made for connection. The large living room centers around a cozy fireplace, creating an inviting place to relax after a day of vineyard hopping. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the dining table for eight sets the scene for long, leisurely dinners paired with local Sonoma wines.
Ripple comfortably sleeps six across three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering a quiet retreat at day’s end. - Pool & Jacuzzi Heating: Pool heat is included from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day; outside this period, pool heat is $200 per night, jacuzzi heat is $75 per night, and please note the pool heater relies on ambient temperatures and may take several days to fully heat or cool.
- Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and outdoor sound is not permitted at any time.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
