Public amenities include access to the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, Snowplay, and the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Resort. Play the Tahoe Donner Golf Course, ride at the equestrian center, or hike 60 miles of community trails.

In the living room, wooden ceilings and a gas fireplace create the inviting ambience of an upscale lodge. Snuggle up on the large sectional and watch movies on a 46-inch TV. The game room offers hours of group entertainment. Sip drinks at the wet bar, hold a billiards tournament or play checkers at a table for two. Other highlights include an upright piano and TV. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make hearty meals. Spacious granite countertops provide ample preparation space, along with seating for four. When it's time to eat, you'll find an elegant table for six alongside a kids' table for four in the dining area. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and a TV. You'll also find an impressive collection of games and books, an office area, and direct access to the front balcony. The en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds two twin beds, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed. Two guest bathrooms are both configured with tub/shower combinations.

Per local ordinances, outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited (gas grills are ok).
Smoking on-site is prohibited, including the deck.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Six maximum number of occupants (excluding children under 13 years of age) permitted.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
