High ceilings and picture windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the open living area. In the evening, kick back on the two sofas, light the gas fireplace, and settle in to stream favorite shows on the smart TV. The bonus living area features a sofa and smart TV.

Let your culinary skills shine in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with sleek stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Thoughtful touches include a wine cooler and air fryer. While dinner simmers, perch at the island bar with seating for everyone. Gather for fresh cuisine around the dining table or enjoy it alfresco out on the deck. Rest peacefully in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, smart TV, desk, and deck access. A two-way gas fireplace also faces the en-suite bathroom, which offers a double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms both feature a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom comes with a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the third bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. Fireplace in main living room is currently out of service.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are several cameras outside the home for safety measures.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
