A cute house in a great location in Kerrville. Super easy directions, check in and really got a relax this weekend. It was the reset we needed. Michael was great with making sure we had everything we needed and quickly responded to any questions we had. Would stay here again for sure!

Awesome stay !

Stay was great ! My husband and I were in town to watch my son play in SLC golf tournament.. House is very cute !! And mostly the bed was comfortable! Thanks for the stay !

Location close to a grocery store, Gibsons, and a little walk to the river. Duplex has a covered patio and a fire pit. Nicely furnished. Our little guy has declared this our “Texas House” and says we have to stay here again when we visit family!

It was a busy time

Michael was very kind and flexible. We came during an eclipse and times were not normal and therefore it was often difficult to reach the host. The house was very cute, clean, and not too far from the center. However, if you were expecting to cook your meals, bring your own provisions, including: spices, condiments, oil, vinegar etc. The Kitchen was not really equipped with basic things. it was an unusually busy time in Kerrville.

Nice weekend stay

We stayed at this property for 2 nights as we visited family in the area. The location was very convenient to everything we needed. Property management was very responsive to our requests. The home was clean and nicely decorated as well as stocked with essentials. We will definitely be back.

Check in and out times

Comfortable beds, ample linens and hot water ; the furnishings were good , the kitchen could use a blender and a few other items . The hours were restricting .Late afternoon check in was prohibitive , morning checkout was extended . The check out time was extended but maid didn’t talk with us before reporting we were still inside. We had our car opened outside in the ample off street parking area and she reported we were still occupying the space. The cleaning fee was exorbitant and not clear in the listing . The back entry door needed to be adjusted in order to close securely which the owner came to do the first night but it was temporary, the second night the door still would not close properly . In all it was fair price for what was offered

Absolutely Precious Space!

It was 4 of us girls..my mom, myself and my 2 daughters. We just loved this house. Pleasant decor, very clean and everything was technically modern. Even our tv welcomed us and gave us check in and out information. We were very impressed. In fact, we wished we could stay longer but were only in the area for one night. Check in was simple and we felt safe and taken care of. Extra bedding and towels, along with plenty of towels, shampoo and soap provided. Can’t say enough about this precious space!

The place was super clean and very nicely appointed. A few missing details (bathroom needs a toilet paper holder and bath mat, ice maker didn’t appear to be working) but property manager was easy to communicate with and we easily accessed the property.

Property was very clean and well located. So easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Enjoyed our stay and the town of Kerrville, everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Would not stay again

This property has some issues. Upon entering through the back, there’s an unfinished room with a big hole just open to under the house, so who knows what can get in. Also the secondary bedroom’s peel and stick wallpaper was halfway off the walls, just hanging there looking like Barton fink. Hall floor was soft, like someone just slapped pergo over a rotten subfloor and then covered the smell with a bunch of glade plug ins. I would not stay here again.

Weekend getaway

We were looking for somewhere to stay that wasn't a hotel or overpriced. This place was perfect! We had the check in information before we arrived and it was a very simple process. The duplex is beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was also great.

Baseball weekend

We stayed here for a two day baseball tournament and it was perfect! Very nice to have a little house to run back to in between games. The house is in a really Perfect location. We would definitely choose this again.
