A private Cozy Cottage Room in the upstairs of our house built in 1900. Access to coffee maker n the fixings, microwave and mini fridge, as well as a few snacks.
Located near main street in the small town of Eminence, MO
Access to a large deck with a sitting area great for morning coffee or an afternoon beverage of your choice. Cornhole, washers, and Kan-Jam are available along with a grill and smoker!
Walking distance from local shopping, restaurants, bars, and the beautiful Jack's Fork River! Needing more accommodations or sleeping arrangements for a larger group, check out our other rooms!

We stayed in the Cottage room. The room and bathroom was very cute, and clean! A very handy location. Very nice host who was very accessible. The stairs were pretty steep, but they were sturdy. Will definitely stay there again!

Great Stay

We stayed in The Cottage Room during a two-night stay. We usually tent camp along the river, but with the extreme temperatures, we opted to stay the night in a cool spot.The room was decorated so cute and was very clean. The shower head was phenomenal and the shower products smelled heavenly. It was quiet at night while being just a 2- 5 minute walk to a variety of places to visit. I would definitely go back!

Wonderful rental. Neat old home, but it didn’t feel old. It was clean, no smells, and the ac worked excellent and was silent. The black out curtains were nice and we slept without disturbances. Beds are comfortable, loved the coffee bar area, and so thankful for the soaps and shampoo.

Beautiful room. Decorated so nice with high-quality products. Beds were so comfortable. Room was spotless and had nice big TV! Would stay again for sure! The horse drawn “uber” was so fun and handy!

Cute room! Beds were very comfortable. Closet had an odor so we didn't put anything in there but plenty of floor space on either side of both beds.

Clean Room, Comfortable Beds

Brief three-night visit while kayaking. We are sensitive to must, molds, and masking fragrances; but no issues here at all. Very clean. Wonderful choice of memory foam mattresses. Lodging is simple one room with two beds, small closet, private bathroom, mini-fridge, and microwave; no kitchenette or table. The room's exterior front steps, second story deck and small entry hall are shared with a similar room on the opposite side of the hall. Short one-block walk south to three restaurants or north to Windy's Canoe Rental.

Enjoyed the stay. The accommodations were as advertised. The breakfast bar was a little week but we had other plans so it didn't bother us.

Convenient Eminence Location

Very quiet and central location behind the elk statue at the intersection of MO-19 and MO-106. Nice outdoor space with deck & firepit.

Location

Perfect location right on the corner in the middle of the little town. Had one issue with getting the key pad to work on our room, but knocked on their door and he just gave us a key to use for the rest of our stay.
