WATERFRONT Property on LOGAN MARTIN LAKE offers 4 Bedroom 3 Full baths! Home features a NEW MASTER SUITE, Wood Plank Cathedral Ceilings, wood burning fireplace, Granite/Marble Counter-tops, Large COVERED/SCREENED and Open DECK, FENCED YARD and 2 slip BOATHOUSE! Definitely the perfect pad for ENTERTAINING! Home is only a short golf-cart or boat ride away from Lakeside Landing & Pier 59.

Our lake-house is the the ultimate destination for your Logan Martin vacation! Located on the cul de sac of the main body of water with beautiful views of the main channel.

Conveniently located 45 miles from Birmingham, 17 miles from Talladega super speedway , 15 miles from Talladega CMP marksmanship park and 8 miles from the Pell city.

-The kitchen is stocked with the essentials.
-WIFI available throughout the house.
-65 inch smart TV in the living and 50inch smart TV on the screened deck is available for you to log into your favorite streaming service perfect for football season.

Guest access:
You will have full access to everything on the property except the locked owners closet located in the hallway and garage.

BRING YOUR BOAT AND FLOATING DEVICES!
* Lake Logan Martin pool gets drained after Labor Day and filled back up in May. Our Boathouse and Dock normally have not have water during those months.

- No smoking/vaping
- No pets allowed
- Must be respectful to our neighbors, their privacy and their property
-This Is extremely quiet neigborhood and not a vacation area (all people around live here full time, have a full time jobs, lots of small kids and elderly).
- ABSOLUTELY NO events, parties, or large gatherings, loud music, fireworks.
- Must be at least 30 years old to book
- Drivers license needed on booking
-No diving off the deck ( shallow water)
-No glass at the water

We enjoy being able to open our home to others and value the love and memories shared at No Worries Lake-house. We want to insure that our guests are agreeable to helping us continue sharing this special place and leaving it better than they found it for others.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. The location was wonderful and the views perfect. The home is very spacious and allows for a lot of privacy. It aLeo accommodates a good amount space for dining together. The indoor outdoor space was awesome.

Quaint & Comfortable Lake House

The property was just as advertised. The host was communicative and responsive. It was great for our two families who were traveling to attend a family wedding nearby.

Great Race Weekend

We were a group of 35-65 year old guys that have been coming to Talladega for 30 or so years. This was an awesome place to stay and “Coach” was great to deal with on reservations and throughout the trip. Accommodations were outstanding and looking forward to reserving this place next year!!

Memorial Weekend at the Lake

The home is large and well-appointed with a good lake view. The master suite bed could be more comfortable and the grass needed to be cut and was really high to walk in, other than that, it was a nice stay.

Family weekend

Had a great time. Nev is very nice and responsive. The view is lovely. The master and bathroom, dinning and living room are great. The rest of the house needs some attention to details.

We gathered for our daughter’s wedding and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the beautiful lake house! Nev was so responsive and everything was absolutely perfect with our stay. We absolutely recommend booking this lovely house and will be doing so again in the future! Thanks for helping making the special weekend a perfect success!

Great for families

We had a wonderful time celebrating the 4th of July in this cozy house at the lake! There is plenty of space for families and it had some really nice renovations. The master shower is awesome!! The homeowner is very friendly and quickly answers questions.

Great Access to Lake Martin

Overall, the property was just what we were looking for. Affordable with lots of room. Very convenient boat house for docking rented boat, close to marina, great outdoor space with deck perfect for cooking, and the the outdoor griddle was a plus. Might could stand a good cleaning right before guests arrive, but overall a great stay.

The location was perfect. Right on the water lots of area for kids to play in the backyard. The house was perfect in size for large families. Everything was fantastic. The only issue that we had was the playground in the backyard is broken. It should be removed and replaced. Check in was easy and house was clean and ready to use.

Home Away From Home!

A fabulous place to gather with family and friends of all ages. The lake view is spectacular, being able to sit on the screened porch and view the lake and watch tv, made it very easy for us to spend most of our time outside. The kitchen was equipped with all the tools and utensils needed to prepare meals as if you were in your own kitchen. The Wi-Fi was great, able to log in and watch tv and allow the grands to play games. Nev, is a great host, responds promptly if you reach out to him, for any reason.

Property did not disappoint

Property did not disappoint. Located right on the lake, it was a pleasant and peaceful experience. The listing was spot on. Very clean, organized. As with any house, appliances were not perfect but communication with the owner was very easy. They were very accessible. Access to Talladega Motorspeedway was amazing. We were in and out of the speedway within minutes because we were able access the track from the back side. Highly recommend this property!

Lake Logan Martin

The property was great for our purpose and visit. We were there for the Barber Vintage Festival at Barber Motorsports Park. The property renovations seemed to only be in the master and bath. The rest of the house was only average. It was expensive for off-season (October). Some VRBOs we visit have a few things such as shampoo, soap, and coffee, there is none of those items here so be prepared. We definitely would stay again. The neighbors even stopped by to talk and check out our motorcycles, very nice and hospitable people.

All we needed

My best friends from college and high school all came together for a reunion on Lake Logan Martin. Nev provided all information needed and it was a seamless check in and check out process. We brought our own boat and the boathouse worked great for keeping the boat out of the weather and protected from any waves. The blackstone griddle on the back porch allowed for awesome family style meals every night. 8 of us slept comfortably and never struggled with space because of a surplus in table and seating space. Our only complaint is that we should have stayed longer. We will definitely try to rent this place again for a yearly reunion!

Enjoyed our stay

My whole family enjoyed our stay here and the host was very accommodating to our large group. We really enjoyed how close the house is to the water, and that there is a flat grassy backyard for our kids to play in (stairs leading down to the water would have been hard for all our littles). The house had everything we needed, however it was lacking in cleanliness. It was unclear whether anyone cleaned between guests— cobwebs, dirty floors, the grill was very dirty and therefore unusable… etc. This is an easy fix and so if this were addressed we would book again.

Allie thanks! We would love to see you back! It’s a lake-house- and it’s a rental- it’s not occupied 100% of the time so spider webs are rather common in that area and could form overnight as well dust settling when house is sitting closed for week or weeks. We don’t have a grill but cast iron griddle: Per our instructions: We rely on you (our guests) taking care of this griddle after your use so future guests can enjoy and griddle can last. If you have never used cast iron griddle please note: cast iron griddle must be cleaned- oiled and scraped prior and after every use. The rust will form regardless how well was clean and covered so please look at the video provided to learn how to use it. We advise this to every guest. Hope to see you back! Coach Nev

NASCAR Trip

House is in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake. Coach Nev was great to respond quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! They are tucked in a corner of the lake so there is no lake traffic by their dock and the water is about 4-5 feet deep so it's great for children!

Dear Friends,

We are happy you are intersted in our lake house!

My name is Nev and I go by Coach Nev as most people know me like that. I own very successful volleyball academy where I empower young girls to reach their potential in and outside of the court!

I came to United States in 2005. to play volleyball for UAB with only two duffle bags and have made strides in life since.

I am married to wonderful man, DJ Taylor who was also an athlete in college and is running strength and conditioning side of BlockOut Volleyball academy.

We have 3 amazing kids: Violet, Jack and Mila.

While we are not coaching, we are building our homestead and farm, and homeschooling our three children.

Our Lakehouse is another piece of heaven for us and we like to share it, as some of our most precious family memories were at the lake and beach VRBO's, so we want you to have those as well.
