Enjoy this newly decorated and furnished Trumansburg cottage with hot tub. Relax in one of three spacious bedrooms and gather in the comfortable living room. A beautiful dining room for dining and playing games opens to the deck for nights in the hot tub or chilling on the patio. The bathroom features two sinks, and stand up shower. Centrally located, we are just minutes from lakes, wineries, breweries, the falls and Ithaca.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed hiking at multiple parks and checking a couple of wineries. The hot tub was great after hiking and the beds were comfortable. The property was beautiful, private and quiet. The hosts were also great!

When we were greeted by deer in the backyard I knew we had chosen the right place. The home is spotless, the backyard is beautiful, the beds were comfortable, it is an easy drive to Ithaca, downtown Trumansburg and Seneca Lake, and response time was fast. This is by far one of my favorite places.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The quiet location was perfect for relaxation, and being close to several state parks made outdoor adventures easily accessible. Beauty and Peacefulness in Ithaca

The home, the property and the area were all perfect. Very clean and well appointed with everything you would need. The property is beautiful on a large, well maintained property that is completely private. Highly recommended!!

Warm, welcome, and completely at ease.Immaculately clean and Organized. Check-in and communication was a breeze. Property, amenities, and location were ideal for exploring/vacationing in the Finger Lakes Region.The house was perfect, the best part was walking in the field/pasture and being greeted by deer in the yard each morning while sipping coffee.

Perfect home base for Finger Lakes hikes. Nicely updated, clean, and well appointed with everything you need. Fit our large family with young children well. Property yard was very nice for exploring, fires, and peaceful nights in the hot tub. Near to Ithaca and Watkins Glen where numerous hike options are at. Hosts were responsive on questions and helpful. Highly recommend!

Trumansburg Quaint Stay

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. Coincidentally the property was just a few minutes drive from the family we were visiting. It was great to have the hot tub as an option for unwinding at the end of the day. The property was exactly as described. Very clean and plenty of regular household items. Would love to stay here again for future visits with family.

great house close to state parks

The house is in a great location, close to Taughannock Falls State Park and within 20 minutes to Robert Tremen State Park as well as numerous other waterfall viewing areas. The house was extremely clean with new flooring throughout. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds were very comfortable, mattresses felt like they were new. We really enjoyed the hot tub. I am usually a little leary to use shared hot tubs, but in this case it was very clean and was positioned nicely to view the back yard. I would recommend this house and would definitely stay again!

Excellent, highly recommend!

We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation and move out. We needed space for 5 adults (1 with mobility issues). This was a fantastic find. One story, only a couple of steps to enter the home. The home was immaculate and really put attention to comfort details with a very large very comfortable sofa in the living room, 3 very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and extra blankets, lots of towels and pretty much everything we could need in the kitchen. We felt at home right away. We wish we had more time to enjoy the expansive deck with grill and hot tub!! We highly recommend this home! Thank you.

Awesome Property and Very Responsive Owners

We were a bit nervous picking a new listing but we were very pleasantly surprised and had an awesome stay at this house. Everything in the house felt new and was in great condition. We were amazed that the the owners seemed to think of everything that a family would need for a week's stay even down to the small details. The owners were very attentive. We had a small issue with the PH levels in hot tub during the week. I received an immediate reply from one of the owners and they had it adjusted in just a few hours. I highly recommend this house!

Great stay in the Finger Lakes

Our family really enjoyed our stay here, and loved the huge backyard backing up to farm land. We were able to lots of deer, wild turkeys, hawks, and blue jays. The place was super clean and impeccable compared to some other bnb’s we’ve stayed at recently. Truly one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at, and its proximity to the state parks made it an awesome base for exploring the region. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful yard and lovely home 10 minutes from the lake!

Alex and Tyler have a clean, organized home with the conveniences you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, just 10 minutes to the lake, and the big backyard is the highlight of the property. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our family would absolutely return!

Wonderfully put together rental

This home was really well cared for and put together. The owners have done a great job balancing vacation needs and a home. Everything we needed was available and easy to find. Everything we used worked as expected and things like TV’s and Hot Tub were easy to use and enjoyable. Shower was clean and refreshing and the I can not say enough about how relaxing a fire in the fire pit was and how peaceful the backyard is. We stay in many VRBO’s and this has been one of our favorites! I hope to someday return but imagine I wont be so lucky to find a free time again with how great this place is.

Tyler (right) is born and raised in Trumansburg. Alex is from Las Vegas. We met in Vegas and decided to get married in Ithaca. We absolutely love it out there and when this house came on the market we were so excited to be able to have our own place in the setting we love. This is our first summer hosting guests.

We've taken a lot of time and put a lot of thought into creating the perfect getaway and place to call home while in Trumansburg. We've refreshed the house and all the furniture is all brand new. The hot tub is the perfect place to relax and the grounds are beautiful to play in.
