Air conditioning is available in all 3 bedrooms and the family room for warmer days and nights. The two master bedroom suites are privately situated with King sized beds and their own en-suite bathrooms. The exceptionally large second-floor master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a separate large soaking tub and a beautiful spa-like atmosphere. The third bedroom on the first floor, with its own private lanai, can be arranged as two twin beds or configured as a King bed as you choose.

The sunlit kitchen faces the ocean and is adorned with new grained wood cabinets, contrasting black granite countertops and contemporary stainless steel appliances. Eat your meals al fresco with an unobstructed view of the ocean on the large solid natural wood dining table steps outside the kitchen. The adjoining oversized family room has a large sectional where everyone can relax after a fulfilling day exploring the island. New comfortable furnishings offer a contemporary Hawaiian flare with up-to-date technologies – 3 smart TVs, the highest-speed internet on Kauai and a Sonos surround-sound system to listen to your playlist. An architecturally impressive spiral staircase connects the family room with the large loft, a small oasis in itself.

The townhouse is located in a quiet, pristine, exclusive 15 unit complex with a soaking pool and barbecue for your convenience. Please note that the townhouse is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible or suitable for people with mobility issues; multiple stairs are required to access the Penthouse.

For your enjoyment, access to the upscale Poipu Beach Athletic Club is free. A 5 minute drive, or approximately 1 mile away, you and your guests have access to a beautiful pool with sand beach and waterslide ideal for kids and grownups alike.
