Sand dunes is a family friendly destination. It offers an indoor pool and hot tub. Outside you can enjoy the pool, lazy river and the kids will love the splash pad.
Enjoy your vacation in this beautifully updated luxury unit. Master bedroom has King bed and a master bathroom. Two other bedrooms feature 2 full beds, the living room sofa has a queen pullout.
Bedding, bath towels (12), hand towels (4), Washcloths (6) and makeup washcloths (6) are provided.
A starter set of the following is provided, (2) toilet paper per bathroom, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponge, paper towels and k cup assortment.
Fully redesigned kitchen with large countertops to easily serve the entire family. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware and supplies. Basic spices, foil, plastic wrap etc...

Pest Control is scheduled on the 1st Wednesday of March, June , September and December. Guests staying these days are required to allow access and may be asked to step out of the unit while they perform the service.

Post booking-
Picture of Id is required after booking and confirming you have read the house descriptions and rules. A rental Agreement will be sent, it is required to be signed. A $300 security deposit will be held.
We will send the unit number, door code and Wifi Password the day of check in.
Check in-
If you park in parking garage, the elevator will bring you to the 11th floor. Place the parking pass in your vehicles with your phone number in the reservation number, no dashes. Wristbands will need to be worn to access the resort.
Checkout-
Wet towels can be left in bathtub.
Logout of accounts on tv.
We ask that you load and start the dishwasher but is not required, detergent pods are under kitchen sink.
Verify door is locked behind you when you leave.
