The Space:
This beautiful 3 - bedroom, 2 bath 2 car garage canal getaway home has direct access and walking distance to the beach! The kitchen and living area are light and bright with amazing amenities such as SS appliances, granite countertops, island bar and plenty of cabinets for storage. Our kitchen is completely stocked with all your essentials. We also have a gas BBQ grill on the lanai. Your master suite has king bed, private ensuite with dual sinks and brand-new walk-in tile shower. The second and third guest bedrooms provide queen beds and ceiling fans. The guest bathroom has also been newly renovated with a sparking walk-in tile shower. Walk out to private screen in lanai and take a dip in the heated pool. Your lanai is complete with patio furniture and sun loungers. The lanai is perfect for sunbathing with our south/southeast exposure. Your vacation rental is also perfect for those adventurers! Enjoy navigating the waters with your very own paddleboards and kayaks! Brand new dock was installed spring of 2023 with a platform that moves to allow easy access to the water. When you're not enjoying all the amenities your home has to offer, you can easily walk to the famous white sand beach of Marco Island. We offer a beach cart, chairs, sunshade, sand toys and more to make those unforgettable beach memories! Don't feel like firing up the grill? No worries! Relaxing Marco Vacation

Family and I had a great time staying at this property. Property was exactly as described and better. Well stocked with everything you might need. Lots of amenities to use on the property as well as many to bring with you to the beach. South Marco Beach access was very easy to get to (pretty much a straight walk from the house). Thank you for making it easy for us to travel!

This house was perfect for our stay. The position was very convenient for the beach and local restaurants, with a lovely sunny pool and new dock. The house was beautifully furnished and kitchen well equipped. All the activity extras in the garage were really useful for day trips out. Very helpful property management team.

New Year Trip

Exceptionally clean home that is perfect for a family looking for a relaxing vacation. The property is well organized and very comfortable. The owner has ensured lots of extras are included such as bikes, beach gear, kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Kitchen has everything you need. Pool is warm and perfect for swimming. The management team was very attentive helping us navigate travel delays and a small, necessary repair during our stay.

Location, location, location! Loved taking the bikes down to the beach, and could have easily walked as well. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly think of. It was a lovely visit overall! Thank you!!

Excellent house and location

This is a very well maintained house that was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and kitchen supplies, making it a breeze to cook meals for our family during our stay. There are also plenty of beach supplies (beach cart, chairs, umbrella, towels) and the public beach access is a very easy 10 minute walk. No complaints and we'll definitely keep this house in mind the next time we're in Marco!

Great vacation

We have stayed on Marco for many years and this was my favorite. The location was great and the house was perfect. The owner/manager were so helpful and responsive. That said, we didn’t really have many questions because they anticipated our every need and had signage and explanations ready for us!
