Wake up looking at the Gulf of Mexico enjoying a hot cuppa coffee on the patio. This house has been completely remodeled. Approximately eight minutes from downtown New Port Richey where there are many types of bars and restaurants. Sit on the dock with a fishing pole and catch your dinner, or enjoy the outdoor kitchen/bar with your favorite beverage. Enjoy your private dock in the back yard, along with a 10,000 pound boat lift for your convenience. Water and electric for those that want to flush out their boat.

Immaculate waterfront retreat complete with visiting white crane who will fly in when it sees you in the sunroom. You can fish from your own backyard. Feels tropical yet in the heart of town with many restaurants and shops close by. Looks like a model home, bright, light decor and sunroom with water views. Host Ron is a real gentleman and good guy who will make sure your stay is enjoyable. Don’t hesitate to book this for your next getaway.

Great Home

Was greeted in person upon arrival by the hosts who were amazingly nice.The property was completely re-done very recently and looked great.New central air system as well as everything else seemed brand new. This included the gas grill out back next to the outdoor kitchenet and fridge.Very quiet neighborhood within a short drive to anything you needed.It was a great experience and I highly recommend.

Great stay, even better host.

Great property and nicely renovated. Ronald was a great host and met me at the property to welcome me and walk through everything at the house. He made himself available, while never encroaching. Bonus points for the Bald Eagles' Nest just out the front door. It was very cool to see them every morning. Loved having the water just out the back. Thanks Ronald!

Boater's Dream

Ron was an amazing host. Well cared for home on canal with boat lift and easy access to Anclote Island and Honeymoon Island. Great fishing, beach and sunsets. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ron!

Vegas to New Port Richey

We visit friends in the neighborhood every year and Ron’s little house is always our 1st pick! The house is clean, quaint and charming. Well appointed with everything you need. Complete with a gorgeous patio & a new built in bbq set up- right on the water. Ron is always available for any questions or concerns & we enjoy his company very much. Don’t hesitate to book!

Beautiful home at New Port Richey

We had a great stay!!! House was beautiful and spotless. Ron was very helpful and responsive with any question we had. It was relaxing being in there enjoying the sunsets and walking around seeing what we can find. Definitely recommended

Amazing host and perfect home for some R&R

Very easy communication with host and easy check in process, host was very accommodating to any needs we needed. Perfect location for us due to the fact we had friends in the same area which made our trip that much easier. This home is very nicely remodeled and great peaceful location for out trip. Would highly recommend this property for rental and i will definitely be back soon. Thank you again for your great communication and willingness to accommodate whatever we needed.
