It is also really close downtown, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on SoCo you'll find many cheap eateries, cool thrift stores, and Austin classic dive bars.

The apartment is situated between major access highways: 290 (south) and Mopac (west) as well as major local road Lamar, with great food and shopping all around. Downtown Austin is just 3 miles down the road, if you just take South 1st you will reach it. There is FREE parking on-premises.

This is on the fourth floor and you may need to walk a distance from the parking lot.
We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.
Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
