Petite Carombaise - Caromb Luxury village apartments
The rare village guest house property linked to a larger home, listed as "Villa Carombaise" accommodating up 10-12 people June-August but here is available as an independent rental for the other times of the year, with two bedrooms and private use of the terraces and seasonally heated pool. The pool is open from 1st of May thru 31st of October.
This a hidden gem, a short walk to old town Caromb, is in fact two adjacent and connected suites with their own kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms allowing a privacy and space under a shared roof. A highlight of this property is gated stone terrace with a small 5x2M (depth 1.5m) basin-style heated pool and spacious outdoor dining and relaxing area.
The Pool House features abundant Provencal forged iron work and large glass windows and doors crafted into old stone walls, yet is fully modern inside. Features include a new high-end king size bed in loft style room, an open layout on ground floor including a full modern kitchen, living room space with tv and Sonos sound system and large bathroom. There is a powerful A/C unit. The Pool House side doors open to the main terrace, the pool, Weber full-size BBQ and outdoor space for relaxation and seating for 12+ people in stylish outdoor furniture.
A full separate apartment with its own patio is connected to the Pool House by a single door or via the terraces. This well appointed apartment provides an entirely separate space for 2 guests and includes a bedroom, small bathroom with a kitchen opening to the bright living room space with a view of the surrounding area. The bedding and bed are brand new of of high quality for comfort.
There are also two garages available upon request that are below the property at street level, and can provide secured indoor parking for a single vehicle plus a spacious bike room to with racks and a tuning stand. The owners are avid cyclists so tools and local route recommendations for world class road or mountain bike would be a pleasure to provide if needed.
This home is conveniently located on private & quiet street 3 minutes walking to town. Only one neighbor shares access of this small street so it safe and serene for children and pets.
