Perfect for our family as a place to lay our heads at night. We enjoyed the book collection and amenities. We would have liked a full sized coffee pot, but we made due. Communication was excellent and we would stay here again.

Fantastic Stay In Quaint Maryland

Had a great time at the Mini Manor. Made our way into Annapolis and had crabs by the water in Riva. House was great and has all the amenities we needed.

Awesome house. Location close to all Annapolis has to offer. 3 bedrooms 2 full baths. Full kitchen comfy living area. House was clean, plenty of towels. Plenty of room to relax inside and out. . The host always communicated quickly.

Great location, very clean and cozy home! Only thing that would make it a little more convenient would be onsite washer and dryer and ironing board. We were only staying 2 nights so it was great, but if we were staying longer, a w/d or at least an ironing board would be helpful. Jason was a great host and very quick to respond! Would renr for sure again!

Peaceful and Comfy space

The property was a wonderful space for us to spend quality family time. The house was clean and comfy. The neighborhood is peaceful with beautiful access to the water. Most importantly, the owner was super responsive to our questions/needs. We hope to stay here again!

Great stay!

My family and I were looking a staycation place the rent for Memorial Day weekend. This was a great place to stay. The location was good. Close to historic Annapolis, but far enough away to get so quite time. There is a small beach about a 10 minute walk away, which sadly we could not enjoy because of the weather. The communication with the owner was easy as well.

I-Day Drop Off

It was the perfect spot for our family to relax and enjoy the last few days before dropping our daughter off at the Naval Academy for I-Day. I would highly recomend it.

Great Location and Clean

Easy to get to, clean, plenty of room for our party. Ended up just being 3 of us. Loved the back patio, cute garden out front, and charm of the home. Kitchen is very simple with minimal items, so do not plan a gourmet meal. It was perfect for us, but just so you know.

I think this is a new host so room for improvement: Not enough towels and 1 washcloth--no reply when asked to furnish more No bedside tables in the master but large room Opened the windows as it was extremely hot and alarm went off--no instructions AC difficult to set No porch light so difficult to find and then to find our way in

Perfect for our purposes.

The property was perfect for our purposes. We had plans in the area for the weekend and found this spot close to our destination. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our party of 5. The owner was great with communication and check in and out were a breeze.
