Beautifully renovated home in the heart of West Annapolis. The main level has been updated to an open floor plan to accommodate modern living. This 3-story home is kept comfortable by dual-zone HVAC and smart thermostats. The yard is fully fenced in, front and back. Less than a mile and a half from downtown, 5 min walk to the USNA stadium, 2-blocks from Weems Creek water access, cafes, restaurants, and shopping.

Stayed for a Naval Academy reunion. Location is very convenient to NMCS stadium, Alumni Center and the yard. Lots of great cafes and restaurants in West Annapolis. Home is well appointed and comfortably hosted three couples. Communication from owner and property manager was great.

Great location & stay!

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding and everything was amazing! The house is very cutely decorated and was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and spacious. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you visit Annapolis.

We stayed at the house while visiting our son at the Naval Academy. Great location, within walking distance. House was perfect for entertaining. The house had everything we needed and so much more.

Amazing Annapolis Stay

We were in Annapolis for a wedding on Kent Island with the rehearsal dinner and brunch the next day being in Annapolis. The location and home were just perfect and walking distance to many places. The house was decorated perfectly and was clean. We loved the kitchen, bathroom tile, and big soaking tub with skylight. Perfect place to stay!

Girls Weekend

This house was perfect for our girls getaway to Annapolis. Parking was very easy and it was an quick drive or uber to downtown Annapolis. Only thing we noted was that the upstairs bedroom was much warmer so we had to keep the door closed and keep the fan running to try and keep it cool.

Wife and two kids. Worked out well. Nice house nice location. Octoberfest was going on and it was a 2 min walk to the festival grounds.

Perfect Spot!

We spent the weekend in Annapolis to watch Navy play High Point University. This home was PERFECT for our needs. Plenty of space, beautiful decor, well equipped kitchen... and bonus that they allowed us to bring our dogs to the fully fenced backyard. My daughter at HPU has been missing her puppies and this allowed us to all be together once again during a very busy Spring lacrosse season. Thank you!

Well-appointed property

This home offered plenty of space for our group of 4, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare several meals during our stay. It's close to a great grocery store (Graul's), Walgreens and several,popular local spots (Naval Bagels, Bella Itialia, Bean Rush Cafe and Always Icer Cream Company West). The backyard offers a great space but unfortunately for us, the rain prevented us from using it during our stay. I'd definitely book this property again if it's available when we visit our Midshipman.

Fantastic Annapolis Home!

This home was exactly as advertised. If you want to experience a true "Annapolis Style" home - this is your destination. We had a quick booking period and the hosts were fantastic. Extremely responsive and easy to work with. Our son plays on the Navy lacrosse team so proximity to the Yard and the NMCMS is perfect - great location with plenty of parking. The kitchen is well stocked and the fenced yard was enjoyed by our dog. Definitely recommend this home for a trip to Annapolis.

This place is special!

Wonderful propertythat exceeded expectations! Spotless house very well decorated and appointed with a great yard. The owners really thought of everything inclusing special details. The location was perfect as close to everything in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Also very responsive to any questions...highly recommend!

Charming in every way!

We stayed here for a family get-together, which included adults and tweens. All ages absolutely loved the home. It was well-stocked, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, renovated with all modern upgrades but still had lots of character. Backyard was a great hangout with covered pergola and yard games. Great section of Annapolis

Great Place to Stay in Annapolis

Everything about our stay was great! Very clean property that was well furnished. Just as a caution the stairs are very steep, particularly the ones to the bedroom on the 3rd floor which can difficult to navigate and avoid hitting your head. May be an issue if there is anyone in your party with mobility issues. The host was commutative and responded quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

Pristine house

We came to Annapolis to visit my daughter at the naval academy. The house is so clean and pristine, beautifully furnished and decorated. It is very well-thought out. The backyard is also lovely. The beds were comfortable. The location was close to Gate 8. The management was well-organized. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We enjoyed a week-long visit in this wonderful home over Thanksgiving. The house looked recently updated/renovated and was expertly maintained and spotlessly clean. This was a perfect amount of space for 4 adults and dog, and we all had ample room to spread out. We loved that the furnishings and decor made it feel much more like we were staying as guests in someone's home, rather than a vacation rental property. Plus, there were the little details like soap, shampoo and body wash in the showers, a well-stocked kitchen, dog bowls and littler bags, tons of fluffy towels and even laundry supplies - all of which made our visit, comfortable, convenient and hassle-free. The location was perfect, tucked into a quiet neighborhood with tons of parking. We can't wait to stay here again when we come back to visit family.
