Beautifully renovated home in the heart of West Annapolis. The main level has been updated to an open floor plan to accommodate modern living. This 3-story home is kept comfortable by dual-zone HVAC and smart thermostats. The yard is fully fenced in, front and back. Less than a mile and a half from downtown, 5 min walk to the USNA stadium, 2-blocks from Weems Creek water access, cafes, restaurants, and shopping.

We loved our stay at the house in West Annapolis. Great neighborhood with restaurants, coffee shop, and ice cream shop right around the corner. The house is charming and worked well for our family of 5. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We will stay again next time we are in Annapolis!

This is our second time staying here and we can’t wait to come back again! This house stands out for its cleanliness while also feeling homey. We love the fenced in yard for hanging out and for our dog. It’s in a lovely family neighborhood with great food, coffee and ice cream right around the corner.

Wonderfully decorated with perfect setup for 2 couples. Dog friendly with fenced in yard (front and back) and dog bowls. Cute area. Walking distance for restaurants and shops.

This was a lovely, cozy place to stay for Commissioning Week — the house was close to everything and had everything we needed! Communication with Larry about logistics was great and we really appreciated his flexibility in working with our schedule. We’d definitely look at rebooking if we had a reason for another extended visit to Annapolis!

Wonderful place to stay in Annapolis. Very clean, comfortable beds, main level furniture is perfect for gathering. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to the Naval Academy, downtown & the Stadium. Highly recommend & would stay here again. Hosts were quick to respond and have truly made this a wonderful place to stay.

This house is lovely! It is within walking distance of several restaurants, coffee shops, breakfast spots, and bars, which was so convenient. We brought our dog, and that yard was everything! He loved it. The place was bright, adorable, quirky, and really just wonderful for us. The only thing to note is that there is no dresser or anywhere to put your clothes in the master bedroom. There's not even a closet, though they do have some pegs on the wall to hang a few things up. We were there for many days, but had to live out of our suitcases. Luggage valet racks were provided. Still, it was all we hoped it would be.

Great location & stay!

I stayed here with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding and everything was amazing! The house is very cutely decorated and was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and spacious. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you visit Annapolis.

Thank you for the stay. House was clean. Showers were awkward. Pillows in queen bed on second floor were like cement blocks. Neighbors loud outside until around 11 am. Overall had a nice visit.

Stayed for a Naval Academy reunion. Location is very convenient to NMCS stadium, Alumni Center and the yard. Lots of great cafes and restaurants in West Annapolis. Home is well appointed and comfortably hosted three couples. Communication from owner and property manager was great.

Amazing Annapolis Stay

We were in Annapolis for a wedding on Kent Island with the rehearsal dinner and brunch the next day being in Annapolis. The location and home were just perfect and walking distance to many places. The house was decorated perfectly and was clean. We loved the kitchen, bathroom tile, and big soaking tub with skylight. Perfect place to stay!

We stayed at the house while visiting our son at the Naval Academy. Great location, within walking distance. House was perfect for entertaining. The house had everything we needed and so much more.

Wife and two kids. Worked out well. Nice house nice location. Octoberfest was going on and it was a 2 min walk to the festival grounds.

Girls Weekend

This house was perfect for our girls getaway to Annapolis. Parking was very easy and it was an quick drive or uber to downtown Annapolis. Only thing we noted was that the upstairs bedroom was much warmer so we had to keep the door closed and keep the fan running to try and keep it cool.

This place is special!

Wonderful propertythat exceeded expectations! Spotless house very well decorated and appointed with a great yard. The owners really thought of everything inclusing special details. The location was perfect as close to everything in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Also very responsive to any questions...highly recommend!

Charming in every way!

We stayed here for a family get-together, which included adults and tweens. All ages absolutely loved the home. It was well-stocked, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, renovated with all modern upgrades but still had lots of character. Backyard was a great hangout with covered pergola and yard games. Great section of Annapolis

Great Place to Stay in Annapolis

Everything about our stay was great! Very clean property that was well furnished. Just as a caution the stairs are very steep, particularly the ones to the bedroom on the 3rd floor which can difficult to navigate and avoid hitting your head. May be an issue if there is anyone in your party with mobility issues. The host was commutative and responded quickly. Thanks for a great stay!
