This beautiful, newly built, modern ocean view villa is located in the highly prestigious area of Palm Beach. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, The Ritz Carlton, the Marriott hotel and the Fisherman’s Hut. This is a well-known beach for windsurfers and kite surfers in Palm Beach. Close to Eagle Beach, Malmok Beach, Bubali Bird Sanctuary, the Butterfly Farm, the California Lighthouse, and other area attractions.

Upon entering the house, you will find a very spacious, and open, living room. Writing desk if needed and brand new leather furniture looking on to a big screen Television. The house boasts 4 large bedrooms, each with its own beautiful ensuite and KING SIZED BEDS. The kitchen is fabulously designed with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a very unique indoor/outdoor kitchen. Simply open the bi-folding glass window and serve directly out onto the granite breakfast bar... giving you that outdoor atmosphere. We have also supplied, for your convenience, an outdoor beer/cold drink fridge just outside the large glass patio door leading from the house to the covered terrace out by the pool.

The yard is very spacious and has a GRAND swimming pool with a beautiful fountain and under water sitting bench with 4 jets so you can relax and enjoy the view. There is an outdoor shower so you can rinse off before or after the pool...and great for you divers to rinse off your gear after a fantastic day of blowing bubbles. You will also find an outside (shaded) bar area with 8 bar stools and a Weber BBQ to make those nights when you stay in enjoyable. For those days at the beach there are TOMMY BAHAMA beach chairs, beach towels and coolers provided so you can kick back in the beautiful sand and surf while enjoying a cold one and some snacks in comfort

One of the other highlights of this house is the incredible ocean view upper deck boasting glass railing and hand crafted chairs from a local carpenter where you can enjoy a glass of wine while letting your mind escape and viewing the ocean and watching the most sought out sunset in the Caribbean.

Characteristics of Ocean View Villa: Modern built house – 4 large bedrooms all with king sized beds and their own cable TV. Also their own beautiful and private en suite…each with its own unique and picturesque tile. One of the bedrooms has a 6-foot glass patio door with a gorgeous pool view. 3 separate sitting ares outside and private / gated parking. There is a half bath and laundry facilities in its own separate room as well.
