A wet bar, complete with a mini-fridge and seating for two, invites you to whip up drinks. Play a round of billiards at the pool table. Make favorite meals in the modern kitchen, featuring sparkling granite countertops, wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas range. Sip morning coffee or play a round of cards in the breakfast nook outfitted with a table for four. The formal dining room seats eight around a glass-top table.

Sleep soundly on a king bed in the primary suite, which also features a roomy walk-in closet and a 60-inch TV with cable and a soundbar. The spa-like bath boasts a double vanity, jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a 42-inch TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The third guest room has a Murphy bed, while the fourth bedroom has a queen and an en-suite bath, plus a double vanity and a walk-in shower. A convenient half bath is located off the foyer.

The front patio boasts a comfortable outdoor sofa surrounding a gas firepit, while the back deck is the perfect spot for cooking out on the gas grill and dining alfresco with a view of the Arnold Palmer golf course and surrounding mountains. Amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two compact cars in the garage and two additional vehicles in the driveway.

Take a short walk to the shared pool, which is heated during the winter months. You can even access the WiFi while you lounge poolside. Guests can play three of PGA West's world-class golf courses. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy hiking the Cove to Lake Trail, Bear Creek Trail, and Boo Hoff Trail, all within a 15-minute drive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
