This home is close to downtown and major interstates that will get you to all of Amarillo.
The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, safe, and not a lot of traffic. There is a Wal-Mart, Tornado washateria, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Toot' n Totum, Valero Gas Station, and a Fiesta Food grocery store within minutes drive from the home. Also, within a 1-minute drive is a water tree if you have a need for alkaline water.
There are plenty of ways of getting around from the home. Some car ride services in the area are Uber, Lyft but also within walking distance is downtown convention center and baseball stadium. If you have a bike or want to use the one in home, it will also do well for getting around in close proximity.

Also included are the amenities listed , kitchenware, and seasonings. A juicer is also in the kitchen, which is a great item. Please keep the house and items in good shape as it were found.
