This charming home boasts the perfect location for a Folly Beach vacation, just across the street from the sparkling sands and a little over a block away from all the shops, restaurants, and bars on Center Street. Stash your bags in one of three comfortable bedrooms, grab a cold beverage, and step onto your enclosed front porch to get your vacation started in one of the hammock swings. Inside, you’ll find gleaming hardwood floors throughout, tasteful, beachy decor and beautifully updated bathrooms. The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and everyone can dine together at the table around the corner.

Head out for a day at the beach – close enough to return for mid-day nap or to refuel on snacks – and then head back out again. When you return in the evening, throw the day’s clothes in the convenient washer/dryer, and relax in the central AC while you stream your favorite shows. Upload the day’s pics to social media via the in-home WIFi and call it night – but not before another swing in those hammocks on the front porch.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
