This stunning beach house is a unique, secluded, and tranquil property on one acre, with front and back ponds, great views, and a private boardwalk. What more could you ask for?

Salty Kisses is a two-story home. Inside this charming home, guests can relax on the sofa after a full, sun-filled day at the beach. Watch your favorite TV shows on the 48" TV with Roku and enjoy a variety of free channels, or gather the whole group for a movie night. There is also a game table for friendly competition. You will find another living room upstairs with a sofa and another 48" TV. When the group gets hungry, gather in the kitchen to take advantage of the well-appointed appliances and cook something delicious - a Keurig machine, coffee press, microwave, and stove make culinary charms and treats a breeze. Dine at the breakfast bar or bistro table and enjoy the views from the expansive windows. Upstairs, the loft offers an ideal setting for catching up on a good novel, and it's a great hang-out space where older kids can enjoy some privacy while watching movies on the TV.

On the upper deck, you can hear the ocean and neighboring wildlife while you savor a glass of wine, and you can walk along the bridge that spans the back pond to take the boardwalk a half-mile to the dunes and beach. The propane grill is perfect for a family cookout during warm weather. A washer/dryer and a dry room for your shoes and coats provide additional convenience.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests must use their own accounts to access TV streaming services.
The maximum occupancy includes children.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are 4 surveillance cameras on this property. They are on the crest of the roofline. One looks toward the driveway and the second camera looks toward the boardwalk, third looks at the front door and fourth faces the back door.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
