Located on nearly two acres on the Pend Oreille River, this sprawling property features a quiet setting paired with serene mountain views. During the summer, use the private dock, launch the two provided kayaks, and explore the tranquil water.

Start your mornings with coffee on the screened deck, furnished with several beautifully styled seating areas, including a comfy hammock. A picnic table is ideal for alfresco dining, and the firepit is the perfect place to gather when the stars come out.

The sun-soaked interior boasts vaulted ceilings, an electric fireplace, and comfortable furnishings. Create crowd-pleasing recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with a full suite of appliances and kitchen bar seating. Serve home-cooked meals at the window-lined dining room table, then kick back and watch TV in the living room after a fun-filled day. Extra perks include a washer/dryer and central air-conditioning for added comfort.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Absolutely beautiful house, view, and very peaceful. Only thing I can say that wasn’t perfect was the milfoil around the dock/shore, and that’s a problem for the entire northwest

Our family loves this place- it’s our second time vacationing here. It’s a little dated, there’s only one shower (the other bathroom is just a tub), and the kitchen utensils could use an upgrade (and a pizza cutter) but those things are pretty minor- it’s spacious, clean, and relaxing. It’s also an excellent price for a home with a private dock. We have a large family and we all fit comfortably. My kids loved the frisbee golf in the backyard and of course the kayaking. We tied our boat up to the dock for the weekend so we could be on the water whenever we wanted. The master bed is also SO comfortable. We will be staying here again for sure.

Great place for a family

Nice big property and house. Dock on the water, kayaking, frisbee golf, big covered porch, fire pit. We had a lot of fun!

It was a challenge to find the driveway to the house as the private driveway is not labeled with the house number. There was a small Vacasa sign attached to a tree which we finally saw, after were had checked out all of the other houses in this small neighborhood. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well supplied and we enjoyed making family meals with some family members who lived nearby joining us. The whole house is comfee and the screened in huge porch area is great! The two frizbee golf baskets with the multiple frizbees in the front yard were great fun! There were many types of board games in the closets. We definitely would plan to stay here on a future visit!

What an amazing place!!

This place is clean with plenty of room for everyone! It's right on the water, so we just walked down to the dock, jumped in our boat and went out to the river! Area is off the beaten path, so no worries of boat traffic while the kids were swimming! Fire pit was excellent at night, and the hammock on the screened porch was perfect! We will be back!

Pest control desperately needed.

When we arrived there were mouse droppings on most every window sill and most ceiling light fixtures had cobwebs. Towards the evening mice were crossing the living room, bathroom and bedroom floors. We ended up buying mouse traps. Not a pleasant experience particularly given the cost.

Great ending to a long camping trip

Loved the location of this gem! The house was spacious and very clean. The couches though from a bygone era, were sooo comfortable and cozy- we definitely had many cuddle puddle reading parties. The property was so cool! Loved the frisbee golf. And the screened in porch was just lovely. AC was cranking when we checked in, took a few to break the chill (was only 63 degrees outside). Similarly, the water heater was set to medium/low- but in all transparency it was late August and we just wrapped up a hot a few weeks. It just happened that a storm came through the day we were arriving from camping for 6 nights, so we were pretty cold and dirty- craving long hot showers. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed, except coffee. Short 12 minute drive into Sandpoint for a nice dinner and an easy 35 min drive to Silverwood to appease the beasties. Super great spot. Would love to come back and spend more time here.

Beautiful but outdated with a few issues

The beauty of this home is the property itself being remote with beautiful views and lots of space. We loved sitting on the large screened porch in the mornings, and enjoyed the beautiful views of the river and mountains. It’s a bird watchers paradise, too. The kitchen is well stocked to cook all your meals, except we needed a water kettle. The cons of this home are it’s like going back in time to grandma and grandpas house with old, outdated furniture, and the AC didn’t work well at all during 90+ degree weather and the system makes a lot of noise. Takes time for it to cool off at night, and then we were woken up by sprinklers turning on in the middle of the night since we had all the windows open. It also really needs new blinds. The blinds are very old and don’t work well. Other than these issues, it is a lovely property and quite peaceful.

Great location

The location was amazing. On a quiet slough right off the river. The dock area and water were the highlight of the trip. The property is large and private. Lots of room for games and relaxing. The home is nice and comfy, could use a deep clean and a few updates (only reason I didn't give it 5 stars). We will definitely be back!

We loved the location and the views were stupendous. Loved the screened in porches.

I came here to relax but was constantly interrupted with Vacasa texting messages. I missed the owners personal communication of a booklet at the home with ideas for activities in the area, how to work appliances, what to do for check out and even a place to make a comment on how much we loved the home. It was always helpful to have this for everyone to see, not just the person who made the reservation. When I called Vacasa, I didn't appreciate talking with someone from another country making it difficult to communicate. I also got an answer that was not relevant to my situation. This is not premier hosting. I have been using VRBO for 27 years. I will not use you again or will look for personal hosting. Very disappointing the way you have changed your management.
