The space
Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with loft area great for kids or work space. Fully updated kitchen, new gas fireplace, and in unit laundry. Private back deck overlooking a pond provides a peaceful setting to unwind.

Lots of natural wood throughout and a rock-faced gas fireplace give the condo a warm and relaxing feel.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is a queen size pull-out couch in the main living room as well.

All new kitchen appliances including dishwasher. New Samsung front load washer and dryer.

65 inch Samsung QLED HD TV on main level and 32 inch smart TV in loft area. Log in to your streaming account on either TV, or watch cable on the main level TV. Blu-Ray/DVD player on main level as well.

Dining Table seats 6, and there is seating for 6 in the outdoor patio furniture as well.

Back deck is ground level and overlooks a pond that frequented by local wildlife.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the full Westwood community amenities including heated pool and kiddie pool, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, lakefront bbq and picnic area, and lake swim deck. Guests will be provided full access to the condo and have access to the garage for any storage needs.

Other things to note
Guests will be provided tennis/pickle ball equipment. Bikes are available for use, and beach towels are provided.

*Please be aware that the swimming pool is only available during summertime (Memorial Day to Labor Day)Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.

Westwood has regulations regarding all guest stays. Absolutely NO pets, no parties/events, with Quiet Hours of 9pm-9am. No smoking.
