Wonderful place! Was perfect for our family, room for the 4 older kids (teen, young adults) to have some space but still easy to come together. Rooms were spacious, loved the adjustable bed in the master, house stayed cozy, hot tub was always warm, and the garage stayed a comfortable temp for game play even when it was cold out.Kitchen was well-equipped, only thing I missed was having 2nd baking sheet. I also appreciated that we got a text when the house ready, was nice to get in a couple hours earlier.

The place overall was nice. However lights were burnt out. Door knob was loose on the back door garbage cans outside didn’t seal had to cleanup garbage from squirrels getting in. If the house was kept up better it would be a fantastic place to stay. I texted the property management but they were closed for the weekend and nobody showed up to fix things. So I had to tighten the screws in the door handle so it didn’t fall off. I will rent from another next time. Could be the perfect place with the right care.

Great Home

Overall great home for our family Christmas trip! The hot tub was clean, and we enjoyed lots of home cooked meals when we were snowed in.

Birthday weekend celebration

Gorgeous home! Tons of space and literally every cooking untensil we could need. Plus, they allowed us to check in way early which was extremely appreciated!

Annual Family Trip

My family takes an annual trip to the beach, but decided on Sunriver this year. We found the Acer 4 property and it looked like a perfect fit. Check in was easy, Bennington was very communicative. The home itself was well stocked and clean. Hot tub and ping ping table in the garage were highlights. Thanks for a memorable stay. We will be back! -Justin

Great place!

This was a lovely property!! We really enjoyed our stay here! We loved the set up of the house, one of the master bedroom/bathroom was on the main floor and the upstairs had another slightly smaller master/bathroom. One of the bedrooms had a queen bed that was air adjustable, the boys enjoyed that, one had the side really soft and the other firm. There wasn’t any shampoo just bars of soap so good thing I brought some. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Quite a few option with appliances. It even had good sharp knives :) We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the home and we would absolutely stay here again. Also being able to message Bennington Properties was so easy and very helpful. They even sent out someone to helps us when one of the rigs had a dead battery. Amazing customer service!!

Great, quiet locations for a quick getaway

The house was great with a great location and plenty of amenities (Traeger, Hot Tub, Large Outdoor Deck for fresh air, Ping Pong, Cruiser Bikes, etc.) Great experience!

Good home, excellent service

This place was very good for our 4 night stay in October with two teenagers and grandma. Lovely, clean, warm, and spacious, home and bennington’s hosting service was really excellent. They communicated clearly every step of the way and went above and beyond when we asked them for extra old towels we could use because we had a teenager who had dyed his hair. 😳 Particularly nice were: A very well stocked kitchen with a fantastic stove. A poker table that we enjoyed using for puzzling. There were a few minor things that could have been improved: Better/more lamps for reading/spot lighting. Not nearly enough towel racks or hooks in bathrooms. No knobs on kitchen cabnetry. It made them Surprisingly annoying to open. I hate memory foam beds so much. Living room isn’t very comfortable. Needs more seating for a house this size tgst can Sleep 10. But Only 1 couch -2 recliners? Weird.

Classmates Retreat!

A ladies retreat for our HS class, 5 of us enjoying Sunriver and this great home! Lots of room for us, kitchen was stocked for eating, drinking and cooking. Had a great time, the 4 baths were a big plus also. Location was quiet, would have loved to have Shark passes, but the Big hot tub helped. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Well maintained home on quiet cul-de-sac.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the loft area and each family had their own space. Great house! We would definitely stay here again!

Great house, great hosts

We had a family reunion at the house with multiple families. The house was great for a large group and included lots of activities to keep us entertained. The hosts were very responses. Great service overall. We recommend this house and would visit again.

The property was just as described, we felt welcomed and communication was quick with questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here for a nice getaway!

Acer Lane Rental 5/31/2023

The house was comfortable and meet or needs. It had plenty of space for 4 adults. The only issues we had were the following: no paper towels in the paper towel holder or in the house, the front and back decks needed to be cleaned off. There was a blower in the garage but there wasn’t a extension cord with it so it was useless. I wouldn’t have minded blowing it off myself if I had what I needed to do it with. The last thing is the hot tub key was not on the fridge where it was stated to be and it was nowhere to be found.

We stayed at this house with our friends and had a couple 1 year olds with us. They house was beautiful, clean and had comfortable beds. Would stay here again!

Great weekend with the girls

Everything about the house and the stay was great. They could’ve had a few more commodities available in the kitchen but otherwise it was great! VRBO added $100 on the reservation fee and the way it’s done it’s easy to miss which I did so be very careful of that

Sunriver spring break trip

A great get away house!!! Very accommodating!

The kitchen was well stocked!! Good knives, lots of dishes and silverware, bowls, and equipment for mailing good food!!! Love the open floor plan! Just one thing… get a new broom!!
