Relax in style at this cozy home conveniently located between Fairview and Girard. Twelve miles to Presque Isle State Park, and just minutes from the popular steelhead fishing area on Elk Creek! Enjoy breathtaking hikes at Bluffs State Park, or relax on the sandy beaches of Presque Isle State park. After a day of exploring, bbq the catch of the day or craft meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony. Perfect for a group of friends or family to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Truly a gem!
The space
The main level includes a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. The attached large outdoor deck includes an available picnic table and a gas grill. Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, with a queen bed in each and a large bedroom with a double and twin bed- the kids will love it! Great Location! Close to Bluffs State Park, ten minutes to Presque Isle State Park, and Millcreek Mall shopping. Peek and Peak Resort is just 45 minutes away. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home!
Guest access
Guests will have total privacy and access to all living spaces and the outdoor deck. No backyard access. The owners live in an apartment on the rear side of house, if you need anything just message!

Clean and comfortable

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and was a wonderful place to relax. Patty was very quick to respond to all my questions. We enjoyed the country location and quiet, beautiful surroundings as well. We definitely would come again and would recommend this house!

Thank you for a wonderful weekend stay

We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend at this lovely home! From the moment we booked until the end of our stay, everything was seamless and pleasant. Patty and Chris were incredibly responsive and provided all the information we needed well ahead of time. They were also very accommodating to our needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable.The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The attention to detail truly stood out—from the organized kitchen with all the necessary supplies to the spotless bathrooms with plenty of clean towels. Each bedroom had its own window AC unit, allowing everyone to adjust the temperature to their liking, which made for very comfortable evenings.We especially loved the spacious and well-lit back deck, complete with a grill and a full propane tank. It was the perfect setup for relaxing and enjoying time with friends.A heartfelt thank you to Patty and Chris for sharing their home and helping us create lasting memories. And a special shoutout for the bowl of delicious chocolates on the kitchen counter—both kids and adults absolutely loved them!We’d definitely love to come back again.

Nice getaway

Two Maples review

This home was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The owner provided everything that we would need and extras. It's the little extras that make a difference, coffee, tea, creamer, etc with bathroom necessities. I enjoyed sitting outside on the back deck. Great communication before and during our stay. A nice scenic drive into Erie. Would definitely stay again!

Week Stay in Summer

Great house and great hosts. Home had everything we needed. Coffee and snacks upon arrival were very welcome after a long drive. Hand-written welcome note from our hosts was also very much appreciated. Hosts were 100% accessible throughout our stay. Little touches and attention to details make a big difference and, right down to the paper towels in the kitchen and the filled salt & pepper shakers, this home had it. Fireflies, deer, gophers, an eagle and bunnies viewed from the yard, yet only 15 minutes away from Erie. Definitely recommend!

Home has the feel of being out in the country, but within 20 minutes of everything you need. Very nice, clean house. Plenty of space and very homey. 😊 We would stay there again.

Great for a long family weekend

The house was extremely clean, well maintained, and homey. Patty, the host, was very accommodating with great friendly communication. Very nice neighborhood. This was my first experience with Vrbo and it was overall a great experience....really didn't have to worry and stress about anything!

Fishing paradise

Boys week away fishing with my father ,son and his friend. The house was perfect for the 4 of us . Plenty of room in the driveway for our boat and a full size extendacab truck. Water and electric right there as well for the boat .House was super clean . Beds are very comfortable. Every thing was just right for our trip . We would definitely rent again on our next fishing venture to lake erie .Thanks again to Patty and Chris for everything.
