This newly renovated, centrally-located, lower level duplex is walking distance to downtown Maryville. It is also only a few minutes drive from McGhee Tyson Airport (Knoxville airport), while also being close to Knoxville, The Great Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, & Pigeon Forge.

There is a queen bed and futon in the spacious bedroom as well as an inflatable mattress that can be set up, upon request.

Whether you are here for business or pleasure, we would love for you to be our guest!

Chic, modern, open floor plan, with plenty of parking. Great for the professional here on business as well as families here for vacation. Five minute walk away from numerous restaurants, grocery stores, downtown Maryville, and our beautiful greenway. Also only a short drive away from the Great Smoky Mountains.

We do not live on site, but we do live in the neighborhood. If you should happen to need something, you can always text us and we'll be happy to help answer any questions you may have.

It was a nice clean cute little place to stay and the owners were so nice and helpful too, even when I had to call them at 1:30am when we got there! I highly recommend!!!

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Being right in the city it was very convenient to things we were there to do. The traffic was a little loud, but using the rainfall sleep app on my phone took care of that and the bed was very comfortable for a great nights sleep.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is nicely furnished and decorated. It is surprisingly roomy with plenty of space for working and relaxing. The host was great. Overall. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.

Perfect place to stay for the wedding we attended!

We were so impressed with the unit. The two bedroom worked out very well as our son came from Ohio to meet us there. The apartment was beautiful and so easy for my husband, who uses a walker to get around in. It was a pleasant surprise to have a TV in the one bedroom also, as we are used to sleeping with a TV on. My son and I were able to walk the dogs into town each morning, which gave them a great walk, and it was fun to see the city. The apartment was so convenient to everything we needed. If we ever have a reason to come back to Maryville, we would not hesitate to stay there again. Of course 40 would have to be fixed for us to drive up there again. It was a rough drive!
There was plenty of room to kick back and relax!

Outstanding experience!

Christie and Alf were quick to reply, although we really had no issues. The condo was exactly as seen online, fully stocked and easy to settle in for our 2 week stay. Our pups felt very comfortable too. We walked to many local restaurants and bars, took the pups everyday to the Greenway for walks. Perfect!! We’ll be back!! Thank you!!

Good Stay!

Owner was quick and responsive to my questions. Overall, property was as advertised and was in a central location to our activities. The property could use a full-length mirror - that would definitely help when getting dressed. Also, the closet needs hangers included, I didn't think to pack my own from home. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend it to others.

Quick weekend trip for UT family weekend

We came in to visit our daughter who’s attending UT and it was perfect for a weekend visit. It was close enough to easily get to her yet allowed us to be away from the beaten path. Thanks for accommodating our dogs!

Excellent spot

My husband and I visited Maryville for a conference and this rental was in the perfect location, reasonably priced and absolutely lovely. The hosts have done a wonderful job on the apartment and were very accommodating! Will definitely stay again.

Great 3 days stay

We chose this property due to its location in Maryville near downtown. It was everything that it was advertised to be. Also, the property manager was super supportive in resolving an issue with VRBO that caused the booking to not be listed in my trips folder. VRBO was also supportive as well to get this resolved. If we venture back this way, this property would be a first choice again,

Great little apartment in beautiful Maryville

Dropped our kids off at a nearby summer camp and my wife and I stayed local to explore the town. The apartment was clean and perfectly set up for us. I highly recommend.

Perfect Location

Having never stayed at a VRBO property, this was an excellent first time experience! We needed someplace near the wedding venue in Maryville, and where we could bring our small dog. This fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and convenient, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Thank you!!

Friends and family visit

Maryville Getaway

Wow what an amazing host. Responded quickly to questions, The rental was beautiful, great location from the wedding venue we were visiting. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen supplies and the bathroom was very roomy. Bed and sleeping supplies were very comfortable. Loved everything about this place. Great host.

Private Apartment in Maryville

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint apartment during a week of business meetings. It is within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions in Maryville. The apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped. There are two rooms that can be easily divided for extra privacy by using sliding barn doors. Our host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had! We would very likely stay again!
