- Clean: Entire property and all linens are thoroughly cleaned between stays.
- Rooms: Total of 6 bedrooms plus large loft and 6.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have king beds, smart Roku TVs, ensuite full bathrooms, except for basement bunk room with ensuite half bath. Additional independent full bathroom at top of 2nd Floor stairs. Large loft spanning width of cabin has a king and twin bed at opposite ends.

We take cleanliness and sanitization very seriously. All linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc) are thoroughly laundered for each stay and all commonly touched surfaces and items are sanitized with every clean.

This lofty lodge is inviting, open, and spacious with tongue and groove wood paneling throughout. You`ll feel right at home with 6 large bedrooms with connected ensuite bathrooms on one side and outdoor balconies on the other. The heart of the home is a fully-stocked open kitchen and combined dining, living room space. There`s also plenty of room to stretch out, watch an entertaining movie or show via streaming smart TVs, connect online with Xfinity Ultrafast wireless internet, play some games, and relax with the best of family and friends in the following spaces:

--- Loft ---
As you enter the loft, you`ll be greeted with high vaulted ceilings and extra large windows to draw in natural light from both east and west sides. On the right Douglas Lake space, there`s a king bed, air hockey table, and TCL 43` Roku TV. On the left and across the loft bridgeway to the Smoky Mountain Deer Farm space, there`s a twin bed, AtGames Legends Ultimate arcade machine with 350+ classic games, Arcade1Up Pac-Man head-to-head arcade table with 12 classic games, Arcade1Up Galaga arcade machine, and 2-Player arcade basketball to play to your retro heart`s delight.

Sleeping accommodations for 3 (1 king bed, 1 twin bed).

--- 2nd Floor ---
Upon entering the 2nd floor, there`s a door on the left that leads to the largest balcony of the house. Relax at the front of the cabin and feel the calm mountain breeze. As you step back in, enjoy some playtime on the billiards table and chess board in the game room. Or hang out on the sleeper sofa with some board/party/card games and LG 65` OLED TV in the connected lounge room. A full bathroom is just off of the game room. The Dollywood and Roaring Fork bedrooms on each side of the game room have king beds, Jacuzzi tubs, ensuite full bathrooms, and balconies facing west to catch sunsets. Additionally, don`t miss the dedicated Kids Korner play space with kids games/puzzles for your younglings.

--- 1st Floor ---
The outside exterior deck has a gas BBQ grill to create all your Pitmaster creations. Coming into the main 1st floor, get your Iron Chef cooking going with a fully-stocked kitchen including an Instant Pot 6qt Rio, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, toaster, and stainless steel appliances. The open kitchen has a large island with bar stool seating for 4 and flows to the large, long dining table with seating for 12, and side bar seating for 4 in the dining area. The living room connects off of dining room to enjoy the great meals and gatherings with a sleeper sofa, love seat, and lounge chair around the fireplace and LG 65` OLED TV. The Cades Cove and Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster bedrooms on each side of the living room have similar layout to 2nd floor with king beds, Jacuzzi tubs, ensuite full bathrooms, and west facing balconies. For the little ones, there are 2 Pack `n Play portable playards located in each bedroom closet.

--- Basement ---
As you step downstairs into the basement, get ready for movie marathons and series binges with your favorite movies and shows in the expansive media room with 3 comfy sofas and LG 77` OLED TV with a surround soundbar system. The laundry closet with washer and dryer is left of the media room. The media room shares an ensuite full bathroom with Clingman`s Dome bedroom that includes a king bed and west facing balcony to soak in sunsets from the hot tub. On right side of media room, the playful Anakeesta bedroom includes double queen bunk beds (4 beds), ensuite half bathroom, and west facing balcony with 2nd hot tub.

Sleeping accommodations for 14 (1 king bed, 4 queen beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa, 2 sofas).

You will have access to entire cabin, excluding locked closets. Please make yourself at home!

Black Bear Ridge Resort

I`ve corrected the G Maps pin location and it will navigate you correctly. However, there are some areas where mobile network connectivity is limited/unavailable and I highly recommend downloading and saving offline maps to your device.

Access: The cabin is located near start of community resort hills and easily accessible, even in inclement weather.

Parking: There are about 5 parking spaces in front of cabin with an additional overflow parking lot farther up the resort hill.

The cabin is on a steep hill with no usable yard spaces.

There is an additional guest fee of $25/guest/night beyond 16 guests.

If early check-in is available, we provide a complimentary early check-in time of 2 pm. For check-in times earlier than 2 pm, there is an early check-in fee of $50/hr prior to 2 pm.

Please obtain travel insurance for your reservation. We do not provide refunds for factors that affect your stay outside of our control such as travel cancellations/disruptions, natural disasters, inclement weather, medical issues, etc.

To ensure your reservation is fully confirmed, please complete the required damage protection link form sent in booking confirmation message. Your booking is not active until this step is complete.

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. There are exterior floodlight and wireless security video cameras monitoring front deck area and we`re able to see if people outside your group enter the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
- Identity verified is required under Airbnb profile of primary guest booking reservation.
- This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. A $50 fee will be added per carpet/rug stain within the home.
- NO smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc) inside house. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $800 penalty if any smoking odor is detected.
- Recreational drug use or any illegal activity at property is strictly prohibited.
- NO unregistered guests beyond reservation are allowed.
- NO shipping packages to home.
- Please respect the community. Noise levels must be minimal after 10 pm. There are noise level rules for community. Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called and termination of your reservation.
- Please don`t rearrange furniture.
- Please set thermostats to Eco mode when departing for extended periods.
- Please clean your used dishes.
- Renters agree to cover any expenses related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges or any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to credit card on file and followed by an email breaking down fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice.

- Stolen, damaged, soiled beyond cleanable towels: $10/towel, regardless of size.
