Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage (2 cars). You can park 2 more cars on the street in front of the house. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

• Please note that though the listing shows 3 beds, there are only 2 actual beds. The last “bed” is a full-size sofa bed.

• The "balcony" is not a balcony, it is the roof of the garage and it was not built to withstand heavy weights (people). It is off-limits.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
