The only issue is the air conditioning, the ac in the living room is to small to cool it off, the ac where the bunk beds are cuts off often plus is in the middle of the bed so it freezes whoever is on the bottom bed.Everything else was great, property management were very helpful and quickly respond

Cute little house, only complaint is the AC in the front of the house does not keep it cool during the day. We had several activities so we weren't there as much during the day.

Great little place for the price.

Overall, it was a good place. The only suggestion is a bigger window units. They barely kept up and we haven't even reached peak Texas weather.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway!

This place is great! It was clean and well-taken care of. The little yard was great for our Pekingese. The house is in a convenient location- it’s close to everything. We loved this cozy little place and will definitely stay again.

Cute house, sketchy neighborhood though

The houses are abandoned across the street, and it’s sort of not the nicest area. The neighbor next door has a dog that barks a lot. Kind of glad we decided not to bring our dog, because the barking would have been non-stop probably. But the cottage was super cute! All new appliances inside and very clean. The house stayed cooled off with the three window units and we really enjoyed it there. Would probably rent it again if we come back to Galveston.

Great Getaway

It was an excellent weekend. Great location, half way between just about everything Galveston has to offer. Owner is very, very pet accomidating. Side yard was very secure.

Great little hideaway

We enjoyed our little mini vacation before going our cruise. This house was perfect for our family of 5 to hang around enjoying family time. We had enough room for all of us to sleep. The best part was even tho it’s tiny one the outside, there is plenty of space and we didn’t feel like we were stepping on one another. The next time we will definitely stay here.

Half pint

Enjoyed the stay! It was exactly what we needed - it was clean and hospitable. Neighbor dogs barking was annoying but I get it. Can’t control that. I needed to look at the room a little closer because one room had the window unit blowing right on the lower bunk bed, which for me was fine. Luckily one of the older ladies I was with, who can’t tolerate the cold, is able to handle the ladder. We worked it out. Not sure what to make of the plant growing through the window into the house. Lol. Overall, we had a good stay.

Fourth of July fun

Really enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and close to everything. Only issue was the living area a/c struggled at times to keep cool during Texas heat but everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.

Terrible location

There was a 40 ounce Old English malt liquor bottle on the curb, along with other trash in the yard. There is a sharp nail or staple sticking up from the wood flooring in the guest room that could seriously lacerate someone’s foot. And only 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days- definitely not enough. Glad we brought some with us. Most likely (very obvious) illegal activity occurring ALL NIGHT every NIGHT across the street. The dogs next door BARKED ALL DAY AND NIGHT LONG! So no one got any sleep, and my husband was running in the Ironman on Sunday. Unfortunately all of this overshadowed the cute house and comfortable beds. Please be more transparent about the unsafe location, horrible neighbors, barking dogs, and please repair the nail in the floor before someone seriously lacerates their foot. I rarely leave reviews, but this needs to be addressed.

Galveston For Spring Break

The property was smaller than I had expected but was very nicely furnished and decorated. There was plenty of parking space for our cars. The neighborhood was not the best with two houses across the street still in bad shape but the ones next to it were nice. The nextdoor neighbor was very nice also. It was too far from both the beach and town to walk but only a short ride in the car. We enjoyed it very much. .

Amazing Hosts

I wanted to find a place to stay as my husband was in ICU. The hosts allowed my 2 cats and 2 dogs to stay with me. They went above and beyond to help me and I will be forever grateful. The neighbor is a bit rough looking but the neighbors are fantastic and very friendly. The home is so easy to live in with everything a person could require for a pleasant stay. They offer a nice little privacy backyard for pets and children with BBQ and chairs. Very satisfied.
