Guests also enjoy resort-style community amenities including heated pools, a spa, tennis and pickleball courts, a sauna, and an oceanview clubhouse. • Bedroom 2 – Bunk bed (Twin over Full), sleeps 3 max
• Total guest capacity: 5 guests
📝 THINGS TO KNOW
• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards.
• Stairs are required to access parts of the home
• Air conditioning provided (rare for the area). Please turn off when not in use
• To use the gyms or tennis courts, you will need to go to the HOA office for a key and to sign a waiver. There is a $50 refundable deposit required as well.
