Stylishly renovated Hotel room at the Lodge at Lincoln Station resort. Sleeps 2. Featuring King bed, Microwave and coffee maker. Seated at the base of Loon Mountain’s South Peak, in New Hampshire`s gorgeous White Mountains. Enjoy nature, hiking and lovely mountain scenery! Great area dining, and outdoor activities. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi are open and located in our facility. Great restaurants within walking distance. Free shuttle bus service to Loon Lift gate. Pemigewasset River in back.

Clean and quaint Hotel style room with Mini Fridge, Coffee maker, and Microwave. Guests will have a private room and will have access to all the amenities in and around the complex including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, great room, rear deck looking in to the Pemigewasset river and Loon mountain South Peak.

Lincoln New Hampshire is a lovely quaint town in the heart of New Hampshire’s White Mountains. This area offers the most hiking trails and waterfalls in all of New Hampshire. Gorgeous mountain peaks abound. We are right at the beginning of the Kangamangus Highway which is listed as one of America’s top 10 most scenic byway‘s. The area boasts many great restaurants and breweries.
Popular attractions: Lost River Gorge, The Flume, The Basin, Franconia Notch, Franconia Falls, Loon Mountain Ski Resort, Clarks Trading Post (Trained Bear Show), Cannon Mountain, The Cog Railway, Alpine Adventures, Moose Tours and much more!

There are some great restaurants and sites within walking distance. Other historic sites and trails will require a bike or an automobile. The resort offers plenty of free parking.
HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on dresser when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

The room was so clean, comfy and just what we needed. The amenities were endless and would be perfect for all ages! The only reason we didn’t rate this 5 stars was the air conditioner had the most annoying high pitch sound coming from it, and the thermostat didn’t work, it only let us put the temp up and down, so we were unable to shut it off! Views were amazing, especially from our room. There’s a little river out back of the lodge that’s super peaceful. There are 3 restaurants and shops feet away! Delicious burgers and coffee!

Great location, host was highly communicative. Super easy check-in with detailed directions. Room was clean, bed was comfy and had a great view. If you are noise sensitive, is it is next to the electrical room and we could hear a high-pitched, alarm sound that could disturb you. Tip: if you want to enjoy the restaurants nearby on the weekends, get on the waitlist early!

Very nice, property owner was fantastic to work with, definitely the best!!

Great location, easy access, lovely creek and trail in the back of the building. The only hiccup was we came into an 80° room, we had a "friend" a wasp inside but we killed it and it was fine, the pillows were flat as pancakes and the bed was rock solid. BUT it was still a lovely room, a lovely building and beautiful scenery outside. It made it all worth it. PLUS the property owner was incredible to work with, the most responsive person and so nice! Again, it made it all worth it!

Easy, clean & beautiful place to stay!

Positives- easy to find, great location. Beautiful scenery out the condo’s window…mountain and river. Quiet establishment & affordable. Directions were very clear on how to retrieve keys. Hotel type lodging but owned as a condo. Simple room. Comfortable bed. Access to pool, hot tub, game room, etc. Walkable to dinner. Shopping center with stores, restaurant and bakery all walkable, so close we could skip to all of them even in the rain! Considerations- no hand towels. Pool/hot tub closed early (9pm) and opened late for us (9am). Bare bones room. Microwave had a bright light that needed to be covered at night. Some cob webs in corners, but only to a picky eye. Everything else very clean. Overall- Recommend to any. Host was super nice and checked in on us. Room was affordable. Had coffee, bottled water and snacks in the room. Got to walk to the water and wade in. The lodge has the feeling that it was or may still be a hub as a ski resort. The great-room’s wingback chairs were remarkably comfortable. Wish I could have taken them home!

Great service, assistance and stay!

The owner was very nice and attentive at helping with the check in process once we arrived. He assured us the email process and generated links etc. I felt confident knowing we had such prompt Service that our stay would be great! The place was beautiful! mother/son school vacation getaway

my son and I spent 3 nights at this property and it was perfect for our needs: CLEAN, inexpensive, very close to Loon with a shuttle bus, arcade/pool/hot tub, and within walking distance to a few restaurants. the property manager was incredibly accessible and helpful. the staff I interacted with were lovely, particularly the woman who helped in the arcade and the shuttle bus driver. I recommend and would go back in a heartbeat..

Great, clean room with everything you would expect. Nice view of the mountain and river out the window. Convenient location right by a stairwell that provides access to pool/gaming area downstairs and an exterior door. Only negative is that the hot tub was broken (not a problem with the unit itself).

The lodge review

Would stay again. Basic room with all the amenities needed. Close & within walking distance to several restaurants & shops. My only complaint would be that 1 roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay was inadequate. We had to run to the store. Other than that, everything was great & as expected.

Wedding Anniversary

We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary on 8/27/22. It was nice to just sit and relax in a nice quiet place! Our condo was clean and well kept. Our host communicated with us from start to finish to be sure our every need was met. Would highly recommend for sure!

This was a great booking, the host was extremely communicative, property was very well cleaned and kept, in the heart of a beautiful area and with great amenities. Only reason that this stay wasn’t perfect was due to the unit next door (no fault of Rick’s as he and his unit were great), but the unit next door woke us and I’m sure many others up at 6:30 both mornings to hammers, screw guns and excessively loud bangs. Would definitely recommend this place as again Rick was great and so were the accommodations. May be served best to bring headphones or a loud box fan to avoid the early morning wake up call if you’re not an early bird.

Great Place

It was a great, basic room in a convenient location. It was clean, had everything we needed, and had plenty of space for 2 people. Rick was a wonderful host and checked in with me from time to time. The shuttle to Loon Mountain was very convenient and the driver was so friendly. There’s a nice pool and a game room and things down on the basement level. Overall, we had a nice time and would definitely stay there again!
