You will find a touch of home throughout this cozy Riverfront walk-up condominium making it the perfect place for your vacation or getaway. Enter to a foyer with a stacked washer/dryer, then into the condo where you will find a full bathroom to the right and a bedroom ahead. This bedroom offers a queen size bed, a television, and air conditioning. To the left on entering you will find the spacious, open-concept, living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living area holds a flat-screen television with DVD and access to the deck with a forested view of the river and mountains beyond. The dining area offers seating for six with three additional seats available close by at the kitchen counter. Finally, through the living and dining area, is the primary bedroom with a queen bed, a set of pyramid (twin/full) bunk beds, A/C and a full attached bath.

During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the nearby old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.

The outdoor pool and tennis area are available in the summer season only and may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

Riverfront homes no longer allow tenants to use fireplaces.

Property is older and in need of some cosmetic repairs and updates, but the location is great and the price is reasonable based on the property. The listing and pictures are pretty accurate so we were not surprised by anything and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again. Swimming in the river is just steps a way and the bike path to town and loon is right by the entrance to the property.

Stunning views and comfortable property

We were on the third floor overlooking the river. The property does need some cosmetic TLC, but in my opinion, that's nothing. I loved the floor plan, the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the unit, and each had a bathroom right there. The unit was pretty stocked up with everything we needed, but I would suggest bringing your own small saute pan, storage bags,storage containers,and spices like salt and pepper etc. The unit was clean,very quiet,and beautifully located. Family vacation 2022

We were notified that the refrigerator will overheat if we fill it up on the first day, the stove’s burner bibs were badly worn, the burners themselves hardly fit into the burner bibs which made it difficult to cook on. With some of the wall plugs, you could not plug something into it because the plug would not stay in. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Not what I expected for the amount of money we paid. Would refer a friend or relative to check out the property just not this unit.

Exceptional location

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful close up view of the Pmi Reiver from our balcony and both bedrooms. We always travel with box fans to drown out noise but the river was the perfect sound for sleeping, and we did find 2 box fans in the entryway closet for those who use them. This location was by far the most peaceful of any place we have stayed recently, as we had the building mostly to ourselves with only one other unit occupied (although that is probably not always the case). There was plenty of space and it was well stocked with essentials, and the in unit washer/dryer was a nice bonus (just remember to bring detergent). We didn't do any cooking but the full kitchen is stocked with cookware, the table seats 6 comfortably and there are additional TV tray tables as well. An added bonus was the Lady's Bathtub swimming area being on property and a 3 minute walk from our building. Riverfront is located just at the end of the main strip of resorts, restaurants, and shopping on Rt. 112 which is very convenient. One thing to consider for some: it is on the top floor so there are 4 staircases to get to it. We have stayed in Lincoln more than a dozen times and this is by far our favorite place.

The only recommendation would be for owner to provide instruction on use of DVD player, as there was no remote and/or instructions on how to operate or locate and that wound up being unnecessarily time consuming to try and figure out. Great location but unit needs some TLC

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great - 2 miles from 93 and a mile from Loon. It was quiet. Only noise was the peaceful river. Small pool was nice to cool off in. We had a couple of issues with the unit. Kitchen sink clogged. Maintenance was responsive but unclogged it with the toilet plunger from the bathroom. Sink clogged again the next day so we just dealt with it rather than having to disinfect the sink again from a toilet plunger. Also, the smaller bedroom air conditioning blew mosquitoes and bugs into the room so we couldn't use it. I killed about 40 bugs on the night we turned it on. On a couple of nights, all four of us had to sleep in one bedroom with the A/C we could use. There were some holes in the drywall and some general feelings of the owner letting issues go too long in the unit and not keeping up with basic repairs. While the location was great, I would not book this unit again if coming back to the area. In fact, we left a day early so as not to have 4 people sleep in one bedroom on another hot night.

Long weekend hiking trip

There are a few things that needed to be fixed though. The wifi didn't work. We could connect to it but it was very slow and couldn't really load a page. I think the router is just a bit old. I would really love to get that fixed in order for people to access sites and information when they are staying there. The stove also didn't really work well because my wife was trying to cook and it didn't really work well. But overall me and my family really enjoyed our stay and it's only those little things that need to be fixed!

There were two microwaves, only one worked, there were two showers only one worked, the shower drain was somewhat clogged, the side tables in the bedroom were dirty, the batteries in the tv clickers were dead. We didn't let any of this ruin our trip but a bit disappointed with all the little things.

Very good location, right in the middle of some very pretty scenery. Condo is located on the river with a balcony, just as shown in the pictures. Very safe area to stay.
