Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, our property serves as a premier launchpad for summer hiking and mountain biking. Relax on the spacious deck with mountain views or stroll to the Dillon Amphitheater for a sunset concert. When winter arrives, you are just 11 minutes from Keystone Resort, ensuring easy access to world-class skiing and fun.



The Space:

This charming home will win your heart from the moment you enter and make your way up the stairs to the shared spaces. There, you will find yourself bathed in natural light and surrounded by tranquil nature views in the bright and beautiful, open-concept kitchen/living/dining area that offers up generous space and seating for your optimal relaxation, enjoyment and convenience.



First, settle into the living area with its three couches, coffee table stocked with games and the large, flat-screen smart TV surrounded by windows of the breathtaking outdoor scenery. Here you can set up a game, tackle a puzzle or kick back and take in a movie or show to unwind after a day of fun. A nearby round game table that seats four provides an additional space where you can take on your loved ones in a game of Jenga or post up with a snack without missing out on the fun.



The nearby kitchen also provides ample seating with two casual dining areas - an attached breakfast nook that accommodates four and a roomy bar/island with seating for two more. The kitchen bridges the living and dining rooms so you can serve and socialize with ease and you will find that it is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a meal from a slow cooker to a blender to a microwave. Lovely and light-filled, it also offers nature views from a sweet window above the kitchen sink.



When you’re ready to serve up your latest culinary creation, you can serve as many as eight in the more formal dining area just off of the kitchen. Equipped with an extendable dining table and a stately china cabinet, this spacious spot is perfect for digging into your latest meal.



Be sure to step out onto the spacious deck space located just off of the living room for breathtaking views of Buffalo Mountain and the Gore Range of the Rocky Mountains. Fire up the gas grill or simply take in the gorgeous scenery, breathe in the crisp mountain air and revel in the charm and beauty of this stellar, one-of-a-kind area. And should you need to clean up at all, you will find a dedicated laundry room stocked with a washer and dryer and various cleaning supplies for your convenience and use just off of the dining area.



When it’s time for bed, make your way down the hallway to find three inviting bedrooms that can sleep as many as seven. The first bedroom is the large master suite, which boasts a generous size and is outfitted with a dedicated work space courtesy of a corner desk and plush chair. This lovely room also features a queen-size bed, large dresser, nightstands, lamps, recliner, striking views of the mountains and its own en suite bathroom. The bathroom itself provides plenty of space with a large, dual-sink vanity, a separate toilet closet, shower/tub combo and a roomy walk-in closet.



The second bedroom in the home features a queen-size bed, large dresser, mirror, nightstands, lamps and tranquil nature views, making for a restful space to drift off into sleep before another day of exploring. A third bedroom packs an efficient punch with three twin-size beds, a dresser, nightstand, lamps for additional lighting, closet and views of Dillon. Two of the twin-size beds can also convert into a split, king-size bed, if needed. A full bathroom is conveniently situated near both of these bedrooms and features a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Guests will have access to the entire home as well as parking for two vehicles directly in front of the home. Please note that guests will not have access to the garage.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of Dillon, this charming home places you in an ideal location for exploring all that this fabulous area has to offer. Walking distance to town and Dillon Reservoir, you are also less than 15 minutes from the slopes at nearby Keystone Resort. Take in a performance at the Dillon Amphitheater, stroll Main Street, drive 4 minutes to the Tenderfoot Mountain Trailhead for a hike or explore the nearby communities of Frisco and Silverthorne - from this home, you can do it all.



Getting Around:

This home’s stellar location places you within a minutes’ walk to Dillon’s Main Street, the Dillon Amphitheater, and Dillon Marina Park. You are a short drive from hiking trails, neighboring Silverthorne, and only 11 minutes from Keystone Resort, but if public transport is what you seek, you are 6 minutes from the FREE Summit Stage bus’ Post Office stop on Lake Dillon Drive. Part of the Silverthorne-Dillon-Keystone route, hop on a bus and find yourself connected with the entire Summit Stage bus system and its access to locations all around this mountain wonderland.



Other Things to Note:

Additional items to note about this property:



- The Garage is off-limits to guests and is currently covered with exterior plastic draping.

- There are long-term tenant living downstairs, but will not affect your privacy and units do not have access to each other.

- Like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Beautiful mountain town

2 friends and myself met at the this property for a celebration of life. Our friend who passed was from the Dillon area, and it is a beautiful mountain town. The property is clean, spacious, and the location is perfect. You can walk to the marina, amphitheater,, and dinner options. Would love to stay here again.

This house was perfect for our week in Dillon. There was plenty of room for our two families. I would say the only thing future vacationers would need to know about this property is that the garage below the front bedroom is loud and opens every morning at 6am; however, that’s it. Come prepared for amazing views, easy access to everything, and relaxation. Thank you for providing a vacation home for us - we will be back.
