Enjoy ice skating, ice fishing and cross country skiing on Lake Dillon in the winters and SUP, kayaking, pontoon boats, sailboats and more in the summer! Hiking and biking adventures can be found all around the area. Indoor clubhouse with pool and two hot tubs. It was frist floor. Enough rooms and bathrooms. The view was awesome, view of the lake and mountains. Great places to go eat and shop.Just relax by fireplace.Enjoyy family. Place had everything you needed. Grocery store close by.Enjoyed the swimming pool, and hot tub. Loved it.

Family ski trip

The condo was perfect for our family of eight. The kitchen was nice and equipped with all utensils and cookware to make breakfast before going skiing for the day. The location was perfect for trying out different ski resorts. Will definitely come back!

Awesome Quiet Place

In town for granddaughter’s wedding, and we looked for a quiet condo with good amenities in a convenient location. This unit was everything we hoped for, and the view over the marina and lake was refreshing. We will be back!

Amazing location, impeccable property

We adored this condo. The location could not be beat for summer or winter activities. Close to skiing, walking distance to the lake and to entertainment. The condo was perfectly clean, well stocked and updated. The host bent over backwards to make sure our stay was perfect. We will absolutely be coming back!

Quick Getaway

Fortunately I was able to book a midweek stay at this property on short notice. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and would go back again. We love the location and the property is very comfortable and well-stocked.

Perfect place in a perfect town

This was one of the best places we have stayed in Dillon. It was accurately described and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was the best VRBO kitchen we have been in. It has every appliance we needed, every pot and pan and utensil needed to make meals and snacks. Having 3 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms is especially nice, and the steam shower in one of the bathrooms was incredible!! Location was perfect, we love Dillon and it was great to be able to walk to the lake, the park, and the Arapaho Cafe!

A Wonderful Time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Lake Dillon. The rental property is lovely and was perfect for our group. Shannon could not have been more helpful. We hope to stay there again sometime in the future!

Great place, great location!

The condo was exactly as shown and close to everything. We had a family reunion in Dillon and this was the perfect location for all our activities. It is within walking distance to the Pavilion, Dillon Marina, farmers market, and the amphitheater. Very clean and comfortable and we hope to return again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Good location for those who desire to ski A- Basin or Keystone and be near towns of Dillon, Silverthorne and Frisco. Nice view of Dillon Lake. 3 bedroom 3 bath perfect for family.

Great Location!

We had stayed in the area the previous year so knew the area quite well. Shannon was an excellent communicator and sent the check in details well before our booked dates - always a bonus! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photographs. There were only 4 of us, so plenty of room to spread out. It was great to be able to use the pool and the hot tub after skiing and they're only a short walk away. (Pool towels are supplied!) There are plenty of restaurants in the area so eating out is a good option, there's also a supermarket within easy distance, so if you decide to eat in - again, it's easy. The weekends were busy, but during the week there were not so many people around. The car park was very busy at the weekend, but we always managed to find a space! The ski lifts can get very crowded at the weekend - 45 minute waits were not unusual! Unfortunately, the people in the apartment above us let their children run about in the apartment in their ski boots - so they were very noisy - although this is obviously outside the control of Shannon. Luckily they were only there for 2 nights - but obviously no respect for the apartment. The only negative comment - which Shannon had warned us about beforehand was the change of bed to a bunk bed - personally we would have preferred the queen bed! The scenery is wonderful, lovely views across the reservoir, it must be stunning in the summer when the boats are out - although it was great to be able to walk out on the ice. We all had a great time and the apartment is handy for Keystone, Vail and Breckenridge, with Beaver Creek just a short drive away - all are included on the Epic pass!

Family fun on the lake

We loved the condo with all of its amenities, Dillion was just a short drive from the bulk of all the tourist. We had a great time with ve fishing and hiking trails.
