Welcome to Ocean View Escape, where a stylish update in soothing beach decor awaits you. Nestled in the sought-after family haven, Pismo Shores, this three-bedroom, three-bath gem exudes a light and airy ambiance, offering splendid ocean views from the master ensuite. The beach condo has undergone a luxurious makeover, ensuring a dreamy coastal living experience. Dive into the community's delights – a heated pool, spa, clubhouse with a cozy living room, kitchen, and game room, all secured within a gated haven with private beach access.

Perfect for family getaways or a romantic couples retreat, this smoke-free, pet-free abode offers keyless entry and accommodates a maximum of two autos. While AC is not on the list, the home radiates cool vibes and ocean breeze. The main living area sits on the 2nd level, bedrooms on the 3rd, providing a delightful separation of spaces. There is an electric BBQ for guest use. The HOA warms up the pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends, and the spa stays cozy all year round. Please note that the property owner can't guarantee pool or spa operation during your stay.

Now, for some quirky trivia: the living room fireplace is currently taking a break (awaiting a replacement part), but the charm of this coastal haven remains unaffected!

Great property in a great location

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s super close to the beach and the pier and the main shopping areas. Also great that we had access to a pool. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location

Cute multi-level townhouse with a great location. A few minutes to walk to the beach or any of the local businesses. The kids in our group loved having the pool and hot tub available as well. Very clean and easy to access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, well stocked and walkable to everything and having the pool and hot tub were ideal for windy or cold days. There are a lot of stairs so anyone with mobility issues should be hesitant to book. The two guest bedrooms face the street and businesses that get deliveries very early in the morning so there’s a lot of noise, particularly if you have to crack the windows for air. The master face the ocean, so there was no noise except the sound of the waves. I would not hesitate to rent again as long as I brought your plugs! There were a few minor maintenance issues, but property management was immediately responsive.

Close to the beach

We traveled with my family of two adult kids. Beautiful view of the beach from the main bedroom. Kitchen and living area on one floor and the bedrooms are top floor. We had a lovely family summer vacation.

Great location

We were very happy with our stay here. The beach is right next to the property. The pier is a block away, with lots of good food options walkable. The home has been updated recently and there are a lot of good facilities+furnishings in the house. There are a lot of things the owners have kept that can be used by guests - pool towels separate from the linen provided, surf boards, sand toys for kids, etc. Be aware that the pool in the community is only heated between Memorial Day and Labor Day - we did not know this before our stay.

Great Location in Pismo

We arrived on Friday night after a three hour drive from Fresno Ca and had a little trouble opening the door with the code but it finally worked and we entered a beautiful condo right near the beach. The grounds are beautiful and path to the beach is an easy walk. The Condo is beautiful but has three sets of stairs so was a little difficult for me since I've had a hip replacement but the location was so worth it. Very close to all the local restaurants and the pier. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay right down town.

The condo was easy to find, easy to access & clean upon arrival. The first night we dropped our bags and walked a couple bocks to find a yummy dinner @ Cool Cats Cafe. I ran/walked the beach every morning while my family slept in a little bit & brought back breakfast treats: everything from coffee, donuts, breakfast burritos, cinnamon rolls all witting walking distance. Kids loved the pool & hot tub and short walk down to the beach to surf & boogie board. Nice that we could see them from the balcony! The location of the condo was also a great jumping point for our many adventures in the area. Would def stay there again.

Such a great location with quick and easy access to the beach and in the middle of all of the restaurants and shops downtown. We parked and walked everywhere. The house was incredibly well stocked--beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, games, books, many shower towels, tissues, cornhole--they thought of everything! The kitchen was really well stocked too! We had everything we needed to make multiple dinners at home easily. We loved playing foosball and monopoly and sitting out on the porch. We also loved the hot tub and heated pool. One of our best vacation home stays ever! The only thing worth mentioning is that the guest and kids rooms do not have room darkening shades, so we woke up early with the sun each morning. We made the best of it, but having darkening shades or blinds would make this place perfect!
