Hot Tub and Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely. The complex grounds well maintained The one bad comment is with the hot tub and the swimming pool. They where filthy. Were there for 5 days and the pools were never cleaned. No information was provided about who to contact.. Called Coastal Vacation Rentals was told they are not responsible and would pass the information on. Never heard back from anyone. Plus the gates to pool were never locked.

Water was shut off multiple times. And the downstairs bathroom door is broken and the bathroom was not very useable.

Enjoyed a restful and enjoyable week at the beach in this spacious three bedroom rental. The vacation rental was spotless. Beds and furniture were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed. Location was quiet and walking distance to the pier, beach, cinnamon rolls, restaurants and other downtown attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation rental.

We had a bit of a problem with the keyless entry but a phone call to CVR and it was fixed in minutes. Staff is very professional and always helpful.
