The 2nd level of our house features an open floor plan with a kitchen, dining room, and living room.

Cal has the place very well set up to feel very comfortable while experiencing the area! Kept very well. Location is very accessible to many attractions! Responded to any questions quickly and thoroughly! Would absolutely look to stay again next year!

Communication with the property manager was fantastic. The townhome was very clean. The bedrooms need blackout curtains as it was very bright in both of the bedrooms in the early morning hours. The traffic noise was very loud and kept us up at night.

Good place to stay

We went for my 21st birthday near the end of february. The host let us check-in early which was super nice. We had a few problems with the weather freezing the pipes and being cold in the kitchen/living room part of the house but the host was super quick in responding to our needs and problem solving. Super satisfied with the stay.

Excellent communication

Very nice & clean townhome in a central location. We were able to get to every place we wanted within a couple of minutes. Calvin was an excellent host & quick to respond to any requests or issues. We look forward to staying again if we’re ever in the area.

Nice but cold

The property is exactly as it was stated. Something to know is that if you go in the very cold winter time, the top floor is plenty warm but the main floor is noticeably cooler. There is a space heater we could have used, but we just stayed in our bedrooms the whole time. It was so cold that we left the faucets running all day while we were gone, and the water meter still froze and then busted. We had to book a hotel room for a one night stay just so we could use their water to use the bathroom and sinks and take showers. The owner stated he is looking into insulating the pipes better so hopefully nobody else will have this problem. However, he was very communicative and did his best to help us. Other than that, the place is a nice play to stay in Nashville.

Convenient and Clean

Easy to check in and out. Supplies were adequate to arrive from the airport without having to stock a full property and it was clean. Would definitely stay again. Lots of stairs but that was also expected.
