Guest Access:

We welcome your pups but require a $200 pet fee. We just ask that you keep them off of all furniture. Excess hair and fur on the furniture requires additional cleaning from our cleaning staff and will result in additional charges.

The Neighborhood:

We are located in the Morgantown community, a safe and family/pet friendly neighborhood of gorgeous homes by the beach. There is a beach access point for the neighborhood just a 3 minute walk from the home. The neighborhood also offers these fun amenities:

* Tennis Courts

* Basketball Goals

Parking:

* The driveway of the home can fit up to 5 vehicles

* We provide a golf cart for you to use at your leisure while you are here. It’s electric, so no worries about gas!

* If you want a good breeze and a a little bit of exercise, take our 2 bikes for a ride through the community!



Other Things to Note:

We allow up to 2 dogs at the home during your stay. We have a flat rate $250 fee for dogs (1 or 2).



We also provide a safety gate on the back porch to ensure no pups are taking off throughout the neighborhood while you are sipping your morning coffee on the porch.
