Beautiful cottage near silver lake sand dunes

After a hot day on the dunes or on the lake come enjoy this cute cottage. It features 2 large patios, 2 fire pits, and an out door bar area. Inside you will find a second floor master suite. Blinds have been added to the windows for more privacy! Main floor holds the kitchen living and half bath. In the lower level you will find the bunk room, a full bath and laundry. The cottage sleeps 7 very comfortably. The ONLY entrance to the lower level is from the exterior from the lower patio. There is plenty of parking for trucks and trailers out front.

Silver Lakes Vacay

My husband, two teens and I stayed in this adorable home. It had everything we needed and was super clean and updated. We loved that there was ample parking out front for our vehicles and trailer. It was only a few min. to the downtown area, beaches and dunes. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice location

House was in a great location with plenty of parking. Only downfall was the basement area smelled really musty and it was from the window AC unit; we didn't use it.

Our whole family had a wonderful time at this cozy cabin. The location is great and close to everything. We liked the separate entrance downstairs — it was great for our family. Cozy indoor space and fun, relaxing outdoor space. We loved grilling and sitting by the fire. Lots of different things to enjoy outside. One thing that might improve the property would be curtains or shades in the basement unit.

The place was great! The listing did not say that the 2nd bedroom that had the bunk beds was accessed from outside. This was ok for us but I would think problematic for a family with smaller children

Lovely little place

I stayed here with my sister and it was a great stay! The home was cute and very comfort. The owner was very responsive in communication with me and helping me with all my needs. The only down side to the area is that there is little to no cell reception so be sure to get your check in in for before arriving to the house.

Tiny cottage

This is a cozy cottage and very comfortable. I wish I would have known the second bedroom only had exterior access. Who is doing the cleaning could pay attention to a little more detail. The refrigerator wasn’t super clean and there were items on the floor next to the sink in the upstairs bathroom. Beautiful view outside and very quiet to sit out and enjoy coffee.

Perfect cabin

We absolutely loved this place. The layout was perfect and separated rooms gave us privacy for both couples. Outside has a nice concrete patio with a fire pit perfect for winding do after a fun filled day. The horse shoe pit and tiki bar was very nice too. We will definitely be back.

Fun property near Silver Lake

The cabin itself is fine for sleeping or a couple people to hang out, but you'll love being outside on this property. Large patio in the front yard with a fire pit and a tiki bar in the back provide ample settings for having a great time. Lots of space out front for friends to bring a tent or RV if they would rather do that instead of sleeping indoors.

Year 10 to the Dunes

We love the location and the set up of this house. Having extra bathrooms was nice too! There were a few things that weren’t super clean downstairs in the bunk room and we were short and on towels and washcloths. BUT when we couldn’t get the downstairs air to work because of the outlet, owners responded right away and sent someone out in the morning to fix it! Love the front porch fire pit area and the table/bar area outback! Plenty of parking too!! Would definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful place near the dunes

We loved our days in this house. The kitchen was well appointed as we cooked a few meals. Getting to the downtown area was very easy. I missed that the downstairs sleeping area was not connected to the main house and so I was surprised by that. It was pointed out in the description though so it was on me for sure. My kids are also plenty old enough to have been perfectly fine and quite enjoying their own space.

Great Weekender

The location is perfect proximity to everything in Silver Lake. The back yard is perfect for hanging out with friends, and the nice front yard firepit is great for a group too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The only disappointment was that it was very hot and the window air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom is the only source of AC for the whole house.
