ESPERANZA - Lake Home en el hermoso Upper Silver Lake con TONELADAS de espacio. La casa está directamente cruzando la calle desde el acceso privado del lago. (Tenemos otros 2
propiedades cerca de 4846442 FE y 4844413 CARIDAD) Hay una fogata, mesa de picnic, y si te gusta pescar, ¡puedes hacerlo también! Ellos almacenan el lago cada año.
La cubierta lateral es buena para asar. En el patio hay una fogata para fogatas nocturnas.
La casa tiene todas las comodidades que necesita, incluido aire acondicionado. Una lavadora y secadora grandes, mucho espacio de estacionamiento para carritos y remolques de dunas.
La ubicación es genial. Lo suficientemente aislado como para relajarse, pero lo suficientemente cerca de toda la acción si estás preparado para ello. El centro de Silver Lake está a aproximadamente 2 millas de distancia, donde puedes alquilar jeeps, buggies, motos de agua, botes, etc. Si tiene alguna pregunta sobre la casa, ¡solo pregunte!

Great Cabin near many attrations

Nice Place!

Great place for a larger group of people. Super close to town, sand dunes, and beach. Owner was very responsive and kind enough to let us stay a few hours longer on our day of check out. We would stay here again.

Family get away

Very nice stay. Quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Just enough room for our family of 8 adults and 1 baby. Excellent view of the lake from the deck and nice backyard for a fire.

Great Place To Stay!

We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier about the location. Had access to the lake across the road and only a few minute drive to the Dunes! The host was extremely attentive. Everything was as advertised.

This was the perfect place for us over the July 4th holiday. The place was huge and had everything we needed. The kids really liked the large deck and easy lake access across the street. There were multiple fireworks displays we could see from the house. It was easy to get into town and to the dunes, yet away from the busy downtown.

Great place for larger groups.

Very clean and accommodating for our family trip to the dunes. Full bathrooms on both levels and a large kitchen was perfect! Beds were comfortable! Very quiet neighborhood. 😊

Great Getaway

We had a great weekend away with 2 families renting this house. Close to all the fun but located on this quiet little stretch of the lake. The adults sat on the porch watching the stars at night. Well maintained property with very kind and nice owners.

Perfect Lake location

My self and my husband and my daughter’s family went to Silver Lake for a summer trip. Altogether there were 10 of us. The house was perfect for our needs and the location was super! The front deck was amazing

New Family Tradition

This was our second annual Thanksgiving weekend visit to the property. Tim was a pleasure to work with and the stay was great. He readily agreed to a late checkout (an extra hour) to accommodate some weather concerns. A++

Great Again!

This is our 2nd year staying at this home. Tim is great with communicating and the house is great. Even after having some long term tenants stay, and they didn't leave the home so cleanly- he worked hard to get it into shape for us. We appreciate his deep cleaning. The upstairs porch is our favorite at this home as it is a great outdoor space to see the lake. Until next year!

Beautiful Property!

This home was great for our group of 9. Many beds, bedrooms and 2 full baths was great. We come out for the Silverlake Sand Dunes every year and always have a problem finding a property with good parking. My brother drives a monster truck which he pulls on a gooseneck trailer behind a diesel crew cab...and this trailer and entire other rig of similar length fit in the driveway! You have to know how to drive, but we also got a few motorcycles and another jeep and small enclosed trailer parked. Loved the home and especially the patio above the garage. We plan to definitely keep this property in mind for future plans. Thanks so much for everything!

Better than expected

**there was even a few bundles of firewood** Tim was very polite and prompt. The home was very clean. Check in and out we’re a breeze. The place is nice as well as the location. But the owner Tim. Has a proper sense of customer service. We didn’t speak much. Which I like it when the owners aren’t intrusive. But he was prompt when I did need something. I didn’t know it was included and we didn’t use them. But he even included a few bundles of firewood free of charge. Would definitely recommend

Enjoying the Silver Lake Dunes

During our trip to Michigan, we stayed at the HOPE vacation home and it had all the room we needed. There were 5 traveling (2 adults, 2 young adults, and 1 teenager) and we were very comfortable in the house. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. We ate on the deck and watched movies in the evening. The location of the house with a nice view of Upper Silver Lake is relaxing. It was nice enough to do some grilling after running on the Dunes. Since it was cool and rainy when we arrived (June 18, 2019), the dunes weren't too busy yet. The conditions were perfect for the Dune Buggy. We also enjoyed sunset at Silver Lake Park/Lighthouse - very nice! We would definitely stay at HOPE again if we're in the area. We may try to have a Family Reunion at the Dunes and having everyone right nearby would be nice (using Tim's other two rentals (near)next door).

Excellent Stay with a Gorgeous View

Our stay at the HOPE house was great! There was plenty of room for my family of 4, in-laws and my parents. Since the rooms were split between the 2 levels, we were able to keep the kids downstairs for some quiet time so the adults could carry on their day upstairs. The closet area in the downstairs bedroom was perfect to set up my daughter's pack-n-play. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Both bathrooms had adequate space, too. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We used the fire pit outside twice during our stay and it was a relief to see there were folding chairs we could use. We travelled from Texas and chairs weren't on our packing list! The view from the deck overlooks Upper Silver Lake and it was nice sitting out there in the mornings before the kids woke up. The location of the home itself was convenient to stay out of the busyness closer to Silver Lake. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. We were a bit worried about the weather since it had been hotter than normal but the house was very comfortable with the portable A/C units running occasionally. It happened to be over 100 degrees back home so we took advantage of the "cooler" weather for us. I grew up visiting Silver Lake with my family and hadn't stayed on Upper Silver Lake before. I will definitely look at this property for our future visits. Thank you, Tim!

Hi, I am Tim Kasza. Welcome to Beautiful Upper Silver Lake. My family, consisting of 4 boys and 4 girls have lived here since 1991. The Lord called us here to teach in a little one room school. He provided a small farm near Shelby where we reside today. Our boys have also expanded in the Maple Syrup business, producing syrup, maple covered almonds and pecans, granola, maple sugar, waffle and pancake mix, along with Maple candy. The second Saturday of March is a highlight around the farm with Maple Open House.
