PISCINA A ESTRENAR !!! Impresionante y sorprendente. 4 nuevas tumbonas de lujo como en los cruceros y hoteles de alta gama.

Nuestra cabaña es unifamiliar, tiene 2 dormitorios + camas convertibles, 2 baños, capacidad para 6.
Simplemente imagínese aquí, en nuestra encantadora casa de playa; Recién actualizado y decorado por un diseñador de interiores y ubicado en un hermoso vecindario. A solo unos pasos de nuestro acceso privado a la playa con cenador y ducha al aire libre, así como al muelle de pesca privado en la bahía trasera que ofrece una gran cabaña tiki con mesas de picnic, bancos, resbalones para botes y TONELADAS de vida silvestre local. La playa está a unos 50 metros y la bahía está a unos 60 metros de la casa. Nuestra cabaña es de aproximadamente 1.100 pies cuadrados de acogedor y nunca quiere dejar el ambiente.

Cálido y soleado hogar de dos habitaciones, dos baños con sala de estar, comedor y cocina totalmente equipada con comedor alto y blanco. Nuevo microondas, relojes, despertadores, lavadora y secadora en el nivel de vida con 2 lanais cerrados, estacionamiento techado, amplio patio, área de almacenamiento y sillas de playa. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama Queen size con ropa de cama y decoración nuevas, 2 armarios (uno muy grande con vestidor). Las habitaciones cuentan con dos camas individuales con ropa de cama y decoración nuevas. La sala de estar tiene un nuevo Smart TV de 50 'con cable, construido en Amazon, netflix, youtube, muebles nuevos; Queen Sleeper, loveseat y silla. Reproductor de CD con boom box, nueva estación de conexión para iPod. Todas las sábanas y toallas de playa están incluidas. El dormitorio principal tiene una nueva televisión de pantalla plana de 32 "con cable.

Just the Place for Us

Just the right size, had the things we needed, nice pool in a fairly private backyard and steps away from the beach. It was the perfect getaway for us and we would definitely come back.

Most Excellent Stay!

We stayed here last year and we decided to do so again this year. We really enjoyed our time here, the property was very clean and welcoming! It is only a short walk to the beach and having a Publix nearby was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Our home away from gim

This was our second time staying in this adorable beach house. The house is super clean and fully equipped with everything you would need and is just a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Publix grocery store is just a few blocks away.

Fabulous location

Great house, great location. Had everything we needed except could find gas grill but there was a charcoal grill which was great. Loved having the bikes and easy access to the beach. The pier at the bay is broken and blocked off but I’m sure that will be getting fixed soon.

Winter Escape

We enjoyed our five week stay in this mid-island beach house. House was comfortable and in a friendly neighborhood. Loved the proximity to the beach and back yard pool (86 degrees!) The updated en-suite bathroom and laundry room were a real plus. Our 8 lb dog appreciated the dog friendly house.

Quiet and comfy for a family get away

This was our second year at this house and we really enjoy the close access to the beach and bay. The pool is great and the back yard has a lot of privacy, which is pretty rare in FMB. The neighborhood is very nice, and it’s away from the crowds but centrally located. You can even walk to get a few groceries during times that the main road is backed up. Great for couples or small families. We’ll be back!

wonderful beach cottage

We had a very enjoyable stay at this clean, cozy and comfortable beach home. It was in a great location. A quick walk to the beach and near many good restaurants and things to do. The home had everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was wonderful. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the awesome chaise beach chairs. Bikes were available to use as well. Overall I highly recommend this home and would definitely would stay here again.

Perfect vacation home!

This was our 3rd time staying at this little gem of a beach house with our dogs. The house is very well maintained and has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.. We loved all the recent upgrades that Nancy made to the house. The neighborhood is super quiet and a quick walk to the beach. This house has everything you would need for a great vacation and the private pool and bikes are just icing on the cake. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, we can’t wait to return next year!

Great Experience

A clean house with recent renovations. Until you experience a private pool you don’t realize it’s benefits Even though you are just steps from the beach. The 1st floor washer/dryer is awesome.

Loved this place

We had a great time here the cottage was clean and comfortable it also had everything we needed . It is close to the beach within walking distance to the store. Adorable Cottage

This house was perfect! loved, loved, loved the cozy beach feel! Right across the street from the beach, so convenient for an early morning walk or bike ride! We were just a short drive from the little shops and tons of great restaurants...Fresh Catch Bistro is a must for a really nice dinner! and publix was only a few blocks away so we were easily able to stock up on everything we needed. We really enjoyed the back patio, which had a great breeze running through it most of the time. We would certainly recommend this property and hopefully we'll be back!!

Gulf Island Paradise

This was our second stay this year and it did not disappoint. It is the perfect home away from home with everything you need for an idyllic paradise vacation! After spending our days on the beach, there is nothing better than returning to a private salt water pool, dinner on the screened-in porch and falling into the most comfortable beds. The owner/rental company is very accommodating and we appreciate her sharing her home with us. Our only complaint is that someone beat us to the punch for our Christmas stay but we have booked our Spring week!!

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

We loved staying at this property so much! Honestly, the location could not have been any more perfect, we were at the bay for the sunrise and fishing every morning and at the beach for the sunset and more fishing! Having bikes on the property was definitely key bc the only downside to Ft Myers Beach is the crazy traffic, so we just rode the bikes anywhere we wanted to go! Pool was perfect for the kids (and adults too)! The queen size bed is super comfortable, too! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

We fell in love with the gulf coast of Florida in 1998 during our first visit. We went back for another vacation that year for a family holiday and had to purchase this amazing cottage. There was only one other owner since it was built so the family heritage and feel permeated the property- you feel the love. We have renovated it several times with new furniture, baths and a pool! We travel for work and understand the important things such as a pool, warm decor, cozy linens, wifi, smart tv, games, bikes, beach chairs and a beautiful atmosphere. It would be silly to choose another property when you have everything that you need at our warm and cozy beach cottage. We appreciater all of our wonderful guests whom have stayed over the years. We love the sun, beach, fun, outdoors, wildlife whether in the Gulf, flying above it or crawling around it. Ft. Myers Beach is easy to access from away, you can completely relax and never have to leave the island, people are friendly and it is one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Relaxing, unwinding, turning off the fast paced everyday life. A new in ground heated pool. Enjoy friends and family in our new heated pool- why even leave the grounds? Additional, we love to kayak, run or walk on the beach, bike ride, golf and play tennis. Friends enjoy the jet skis and parasailing as well. Everyone enjoys watching the new sport of kite boarding & wind surfing. All of these activities are followed up by reading a good book on the beach, taking a nap in the warm sunshine, drinking coffee on the lanai and enjoying company of friends both old & new. The best thing is taking time to enjoy one another.
