Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to I 25, Loveland, Estes Park, Greeley and Rocky Mountain National Park. Halfway between Denver and Cheyenne. Convenient to the Colorado’s first Buc-ee’s, Candlelight Dinner Theater, Dreams & Dragonflies Event Center, Blue Arena formerly BudweiserEvents.
THE SPACE: One bedroom with king bed, private bath and separate entrance from the walk out basement. In addition, there is a kitchenette, television area and a workstation.
GUEST ACCESS: The entire lower level is yours alone. We live upstairs and you are more than welcome to join us.
NOTES: Please park on the far right side of the driveway. There are 2 sets of stairs to enter the suite. Complimentary Keurig coffee, tea, cocoa. Laundry available for 5 or more nights only. 2 loads max. VERY friendly CAT Miss Tess on site.

Rocky Mountain Getaway

Location was great home base for our visit to Rocky Mountain National Park and to continue our adventure down to Colorado Springs. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, felt like home.

Comfy Hub

This property was very comfortable, roomy, well decorated and furnished and private. We used it for a couple of days of activities in the Longmont, Loveland, and Windsor areas. We biked on a couple of beautiful trails and were able to safely and easily store our bikes in the back yard.

Theater get away

We loved staying here. It was very clean and comfortable. Owners were upstairs and we had plenty of room. We came to go to the Candlelight dinner theater and to ride our bikes. We took a bike ride at neigboring Boyd Lake State park and had a lovely day. We would go again.

Short Stay

Our stay was very short and confortable. After a long 19hr drive from WA to CO arriving late we were able to quietly go to sleep in a very confortable bed in a nice quiet neighborhood. This was a very clean, cozy and nicely decorated space to relax in. We really appreciated having coffee set out in the morning to brew. The bathroom was very clean with a nice tub/shower. Had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. The photos on VBRO are accurate to what you see when arriving for your stay. It was so nice to meet Mike and Colleen in the morning as we were leaving. Thank you both for you hospitality!

Bright and Clean

We enjoyed our stay with Colleen and Mike, and Miss Tess is super cute. The unit was very clean, bright colors, and overall as described. If you need anything, don't hesitate to ask. The owners are very accomodating. The location was perfect for us as we have family in the area. We would stay there again.
