The Cellar is a Stones throw away from Lake Loveland, a perfect spot to take a stroll along the water or just sit and watch a beautiful Colorado sunset over the Rocky Mountains. It's walking distance to charming Downtown Loveland, with several restaurants, breweries, shops, museums, Historic Rialto Theatre, and The Foundry Venue for concerts, festivals and pop-up markets. Sprouts and Natural Grocers are nearby. This is a great base camp for enjoying day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, Fort Collins, Denver, Boulder, Greeley and Cheyenne. The private studio has it’s own entrance, a queen bed, kitchenette w/ full size fridge, sink, microwave, small air fryer/convection oven, drip coffee maker, frother, single burner hotplate, H2O kettle and eat at island. The bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. There is a large closet with hangers. The Backyard is very large (1/2 acre) w/sitting and smoking areas, seasonal outdoor eating areas, blackstone flattop grill/griddle, seasonal gardens, play/run area for pets and a fire pit for those cool Colorado evenings. Free on site parking. **NOTE** If needed and if available, there is an additional short term rental on the same property, it is separate from this studio. It has a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, living area and sleeps 2 people. Let us know if you'd like more info on that unit. Pets welcome.
Please note** this is a very peaceful and private studio, however it is not a noise free studio and you should expect to hear ambient noise from the floor above, such as water running, footsteps, dog paw pitter patter etc. if you are hyper sensitive to noise, this probably isn’t a good fit for you.
