Driving through on way to another destination and this property checked all the boxes, updated, clean convenient to highway and good eatery's. plenty of space for large family and crazy kids!

Great Host and Great Property

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had and the house was very nice. You could tell that the host takes good care of the property because everything was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay for Our Needs!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We came in to Birmingham for an engagement party and had 5 adults and 2 children and this was perfect for everyone to feel comfortable. The location is right in the heart and we felt safe. The house was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the snacks and water. The host was excellent to communicate with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient, clean, and comfy

The house worked great for our large family traveling with toddlers through grandparents. Communication from owner was great and the downtown location was very convenient. Plenty of room for off street parking for our group and owner has put a lot of attention into making sure all the amenities in the house are available and up to date. Would stay again if in the area again.

This house was clean and attractive with a lot of space. The only thing that I could see needing improvement is the cook ware and dishes.

Great property. Plenty of room. We had 9 grown men in town for a conference and there was plenty of room for all of us to hang out and sleep. Plenty of amenities.

Beautiful house with very thoughtful owner

This house looks very recently updated. It was extremely clean and you can tell the property owner put a lot of thought into what the house has to offer. We stayed here with our two little girls and baby. Felt very safe and kids loved it. Owner even bought brand new pack and play so our baby had somewhere nice to sleep. We would highly recommend this house and would absolutely rent again if passing through the area. Really beautiful house.

Perfect for our trip

While traveling we needed a place to spend the night. The host was most gracious and the home was well maintained and in order. Clean and comfortable. Parking was big enough for our 3 SUV’s. If you forgot something I promise it’s in a drawer in the bathroom or kitchen. Snacks and bottled water were a great addition for all of our hungry for a snack kids at midnight. Thank you.

Neighborhood was a bit sketchy

Nicely renovated house and host was very responsive. Just did not feel comfortable in the area as other houses around it were run down and several had junk and old cars in the yards. Would definitely not have wanted to stay there or come and go by myself, especially at night.

Thank you for your stay! We appreciate your feedback and yes houses are being renovated next door. The workers are extremely nice and conscience of any noise past a certain hour. I'm sure you didn’t have any safety problems at the home with all the neighbors being elderly and with minimal foot traffic in the area. Please come again!

Really nice property, convenient to downtown

House was very clean and has a great floor plan for hosting a large group. Property managers are first class. Easy check in/out process and they also touched base via text to make sure everything was okay once we settled in. We really liked the convenience in getting to bars/restaurants in the city. Be aware that there are some rough neighborhoods not far from this property. (that’s true for most areas near downtown Birmingham) I only mention it because we were nervous as we were first driving in. Once we got there, we felt completely safe at the house.
